Cons
Biggest downside is that it still isnt used on enough platforms. Id love to see more professional settings adopt it especially healthcare providers and education centers.

Pros
Sending several versions of the same contract to different people is really easy with it which makes the whole process very convenient to manage.
Cons
Id like to see improved is a better way to prevent documents from expiring before people can actually open and sign them. At times the signing notification ends up in spam or someone has trouble accessing the document and then I'm stuck resending it multiple times.

Handling documents with this software is quick and convenient and the whole process feels very simple . The interface is so easy, uploading files placing signature fields and sending documents does not take much effort or require a big learning curve. One of the biggest benefits is not having to print or scan anything since everything can be completed digitally from nearly any device. The real-time tracking and notifications are also very helpful. It is simple to check when a document has been opened or signed which keeps things moving without unnecessary follow-up. also it works well with tools like Google Drive and Salesforce so it fits naturally into existing workflows. Overall it saves a lot of time cuts down on paperwork and makes the signing process feel more efficient and professional.
Cons
The biggest drawback is the pricing especially for individuals or smaller businesses. Several useful features are only available on higher-tier plans so it can feel somewhat restrictive unless you pay to upgrade. Although the interface is generally user-friendly it can sometimes seem cluttered especially when dealing with a lot of documents or templates at once. Some parts of the workflow such as changing fields after a document has already been sent are not always as flexible as they should be. There are also occasional small delays with notifications or document status updates which can be frustrating when timing matters. Another issue is that recipients who are not used to digital signing platforms may find the process a little confusing at first so they sometimes need extra guidance.

One thing that really helps with it is how widely recognized it is. A lot of people already know the platform and understand how it works so using it with others feels very simple because theres usually no learning curve or confusion.
Cons
Havent run into any issues as a user. Ive used it both at work for signing legal documents and personally for things like apartment leases and I havent had any complaints.

Pros
Whenever I kick off a new client project, this signing tool ends up being part of the process right away. As a Machine Learning Consultant I usually have to sign several NDAs and contracts before I can even access any data so I use it often. The biggest advantage is how fast it is. I just upload the contract mark where the signature needs to go and send it out.
Cons
Pricing is probably my biggest complaint. For a solo freelancer or a very small team the monthly cost feels pretty expensive. Also there are times when the document setup interface feels a little slow or sluggish.

Cons

Not needing an account to sign documents is a big plus and being able to see exactly when a client opened the email and when they completed the signature gives a lot of peace of mind while helping keep deals moving forward.
Cons

Cons

Very easy to handle and use.... I'm able to set the exact order for who receives each document and it continues through the list until it comes back to me. It also helps me keep everything sorted and organized when I'm managing documents that need to be signed.
Cons
I dont care for is the signature time limit. If a provider doesnt sign before it expires I have to resend the whole thing again from the beginning.

Pros
This great tool really improved the whole signing workflow for me. Getting documents executed was quick and efficient especially when several people had to sign and it removed the usual back-and-forth of printing scanning and sending papers by courier. I also liked how transparent the audit trail was and how simple it was to monitor document status in real time which made it feel reliable and secure from start to finish.
Cons
What stood out less positively with it was the pricing and added complexity once you go past the basics. Costs can rise pretty fast when you need advanced tools extra templates or higher sending limits. Some of the settings and workflow options also take time to figure out at first which can slow you down until you get used to the system. If you only use it occasionally or just need it for simple agreements it can end up feeling more powerful and more expensive than you really need.

When an employer is covering the cost this is a strong application. Both the sender and the recipient can use it without any trouble. It also makes it simpler to remove the background from a signature image especially if youre uploading a photo of a handwritten signature on paper and it integrates well with Microsoft products.
Cons
For personal use though the price is very high. Also the more advanced features are not part of the basic membership.
