Its biggest advantages is how widely recognized it is.. customers and prospects already know how it works so there's very little friction getting people to use it. That kind of ubiquity is genuinely valuable. And when the use case is extremely simple, like sending out a single document for signature, it does that job very well.

Cons

On the downside, there hasn't been any meaningful innovation over the last decade. The Sales and Customer Success teams also seem increasingly out of touch when it comes to hearing customer feedback and understanding what users actually want them to prioritize and the product roadmap shows that clearly.

Across the companies I worked for in previous roles, It was consistently built into the workflow and worked really well. It's simple to pick up and simple to use without much of a learning curve.

It is pretty expensive and the pricing structure is complicated which makes it less attractive for students. The mobile app is also awkward to navigate and doesn't offer good zoom functionality.

This has been a very useful option for handling online signatures especially when contracts need to be signed fast and without hassle.

There isn't much to complain about. It does come with a cost but if you're dealing with a high volume of documents, it feels worth paying for.
