Cons

Pros
After using the platform for years, I still genuinely like the product itself. The view notifications are really useful and it's convenient that it remembers signer details so you don't have to keep entering your name every time you sign, unlike PandaDoc.
Cons
Lately though, the pricing has felt like a cash grab because they've started charging per envelope. For years there wasn't this kind of usage-based limit and now it feels like you can't fully use the software unless you pay every single time you send one. In Sales, that's especially frustrating because sometimes envelopes go out before everything is fully finalized and you're counting on that convenience to help move a deal forward. That means wasted usage on my plan. I honestly don't know who thought this was a good idea but it feels like a cheap way to squeeze more money out of long-time users. I'magine if NetSuite started billing you for every invoice you created. It's not like I'm sending tens of thousands of envelopes either yet now you have to pay for every additional 100. If I could find another tool that worked the way It does, I'd switch but I haven't found one yet.

Navigating the software feels very simple which is what I appreciate most especially when I need to quickly locate an important proposal or contract and send it again.
Cons
With longer documents, it occasionally glitches and jumps back to the top of the page so I have to scroll all the way down again. Still, it's a pretty minor issue and definitely not anything that gets in the way.
