One thing that really helps is that other signers don't have to create an account so getting documents signed and returned is much quicker. The platform is very flexible to use and it feels adaptive enough that no onboarding is really needed. Being able to sign documents from a mobile phone is also a big plus and makes it convenient to use from anywhere.
Cons
I haven't run into any major downsides. The only limitation I noticed is when setting up a form: there's no way to make a checkbox field mandatory for signing. At the moment, only the signature itself can be marked as required.

Getting started with it was very simple and the platform adapts well to different needs. You really do not have to be a tech expert to set everything up and begin using it. It also has strong brand recognition which helps when requesting a digital signature because people already know and trust the name.
Cons
I signed up for It during a time when I needed to send a high volume of contracts each month for digital signatures. The basic plan came with a monthly sending limit and moving to a higher tier was fairly expensive. I also spoke with a sales agent who said they would offer me a discount but they never followed up afterward.
