Pros
Sending PDF Terms of Business to clients with it has worked really well for us. The whole process is simple: clients can read through the document and sign it digitally and once it's completed, both sides receive a copy of the signed terms. It's also very user-friendly so you really don't need to be especially tech-savvy to use it.
Cons
A couple of times, getting through to customer support was difficult although that may just have been during an unusually busy period.

Pros
Having a well-known signing platform is really convenient and it helps cut down on postage costs and trips I'd otherwise have to make.

Pros
Getting client signatures digitally with It has been a big win for us. I really appreciate how it keeps records of issued documents organized which makes tracking everything accurately much easier. Another thing I value is that it automatically logs when the other party receives a document, including the exact date and time. Preparing documents for signature is very simple and it's also convenient to adjust document fields whenever new requirements come up.

Loved how convenient it was... getting signatures completed and sending documents by email.
Cons
Two things really bothered me. First, it felt extremely overpriced compared to what I use now. I switched to DigiSigner and it costs around $180 for unlimited envelopes, while It was closer to $500 and still didn't include unlimited envelopes. Second and maybe this was partly just my experience, I couldn't get the templates to keep dates, initials and signatures in the same spots consistently. I was able to set that up much more easily with DigiSigner.

It's very simple to use and takes me straight to the spot where I need to sign instead of making me read through the entire document.
Cons
At the same time, it also makes it easier to skip reading before signing. There should be some kind of option that allows signing only after the document has been read to help prevent future issues.

Cons
Navigation can be a bit tricky particularly on a phone. Signing documents on mobile wasn't the best experience for me so I ended up having to use the computer instead.
