Oh, its super quick for my clients and the platform feels secure and simple to use. It saves a lot of time thanks to efficient workflows and the mobile access makes the whole process even more convenient.
Cons
It is expensive, specifically with the limitations on the free plan. It can also be a bit confusing for new users and some of my customers do get mixed up when using it.

Cons
The only downside Ive noticed is that the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder although that seems more like an email issue than something caused by it.

Pros
Sending documents out and getting them signed is really simple and it saves me a lot of time. I can move things along quickly without having to meet anyone in person which is a huge help. The interface is simple and most clients figure out how to use it without any trouble. It works especially well for real estate deals and other situations where timing matters.
Cons
Cost can add up pretty quickly especially the more you use it. also so me of the advanced features and templates feel a little dated when youre first setting them up. Every now and then the emails also end up in spam which can slow the whole process down.

Pros
This was the obvious choice for e-signatures because its the industry standard. A lot of our team and clients already knew how to use it so bringing it into our workflow felt pretty natural and didnt cause much disruption. Security and compliance were also major factors in our evaluation and this tool delivered there with encryption and most importantly for us reliable audit trails.
Cons
From the admin side the initial setup definitely came with a learning curve. Getting templates and workflows configured can be tricky at the beginning even though theyre simple to copy and reuse once everything is in place. There are also occasional issues and bugs and while theyre often tied to the way a client is opening or signing the document that can still be hard to walk someone through remotely.

It performs reliably and the number of templates available along with the volume of requests you can send makes it feel worth the higher price.
Cons
More expensive than some competing options and that led us to step away from it for a period of time. It also puts more pressure on our overall operations budget and limits what we can allocate elsewhere.

Cons

Right from the start, the platform was very user friendly and simple to work with. The document management features are strong customer support has been helpful and overall its simple to use. It also offers really good value for the money.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is that emails are sometimes difficult to retrieve. The workflow can also be a bit inconvenient especially when reading a document and getting interrupted but overall its still very good.

In my opinion, its a phenomenal platform to use. It still surprises me how simple it is to send documents to clients make sure everything is correct before they sign and keep my workflow organized and efficient.
Cons

DocuSign has been incredibly convenient to use and the whole platform feels very simple too. Whether I'm on my phone or using my desktop its simple to navigate and works well on both. It also feels secure which is important and its an excellent option when getting into an office to sign documents just isnt possible.
Cons
At this point I honestly haven't run into any downsides with this tool. Its been really nice to have available and right now there isnt anything I would want to change about it.
