Felt pretty simple to use and I didn't have to dig through pages and pages of instructions the way I've had to with other services. It was simple to use and mostly self-explanatory.
Cons

Pros
Out of all the signing tools I've used, this has been one of the most convenient. Uploads are consistently fast and dependable which makes the whole process hassle-free. The mobile app is especially useful since I can send files by email or text and clients say it's simple to follow even when they've never used the service before. They get a link, review the document, sign it and I'm notified right away once it's done. Another thing I appreciate is that the emails almost never land in spam, no matter which provider my clients use. Being able to upload my own signature and place it wherever I need it is also a huge plus. It works with PDFs and basically any kind of document I need to send. On top of that, It is reasonably priced and the free plan is a nice option for anyone who doesn't need it all the time since it includes up to three signatures per day.
Cons
A thing I'd really like to see improved is more frequent autosaving in the app. I've had documents and drafts lose progress before which was pretty frustrating. Aside from that though, it's the only issue I've run into while using it.

This software has been really helpful because it organizes document uploads and pre-fills everything so the client usually only needs to complete the final signature.
Cons
At this point I'm still learning my way around it so I may not be doing everything the right way yet. That said the document editing side has felt a little confusing especially when it comes to files that have already been sent.

Pros
It comes with a lot of useful features and the platform is pretty simple to work with. The biggest advantage to me is being able to reopen a document after sending it for e-signature, make updates, save them and have it automatically sent back out to the recipient. On other platforms, changing just one small detail has meant starting the whole process from scratch so this feature is a real time-saver.
Cons
One thing that would make It even better is more detailed email alerts. It would be really helpful to get notified not just when a document is completed but also when the recipient has opened and viewed it.
