Pros
Handling contracts with clients through It is really convenient especially when they're in another state or when something needs to be signed late at night.

“Signing and verification made easy”
Pros
A simple tool for getting documents verified and e-signed. The option to customize the signature is a really nice touch.

If you return later to download an older document, you need to request a new link which makes the process a bit time-consuming.

“secure signing that saves time”
Pros
After comparing a few options, we chose It because it checked all the right boxes. The platform is very simple to use and the layout is simple enough that even our less tech-savvy staff and clients can work with it comfortably. Handling large batches of documents for digital approval has become much more manageable. It is also reasonably priced and on top of that, it has helped us cut expenses tied to printing, scanning and manual signing. One of the biggest wins is the convenience. We can send documents by email or through Drive for approval and people can access them from office computers or their phones which has sped up the approval of contracts and business plans quite a bit. When sending files, It lets us control the order in which each person signs. It also makes it very clear where signatures, initials and dates need to go. To keep everything on track, we can set automatic reminders and get notifications whenever a document is waiting for our signature. It also gives us clear visibility into the current status of every document in the signing workflow. Security is another part I really value. The authentication features and document encryption help keep files tamper-resistant and make sure only the intended people can access them. Because of that, we feel confident using it for sensitive business documents and it has noticeably accelerated our administrative work.
Cons
We have not run into any real issues with It.

“Great templates and pre-fill fields”
Pros
Even for people who aren't very tech-savvy, it's pretty user-friendly to add individual documents into envelope templates that are already set up. Dragging and dropping fields into forms feels simple and being able to rename fields so the same information auto-fills across different forms in the envelope is really helpful.
Cons
The biggest downside was the cost since this service felt very expensive compared with other subscription options. On top of that, voided envelopes still counted against the total envelope allotment. I also couldn't view how many envelopes were remaining out of the amount purchased. That feature used to be available but it was removed. When I asked customer service, I was first given incorrect information and then I was told to contact my sales representative instead. Since this visibility was taken away, it really should be something users can access directly.

“Positive experience”
Pros
It has pretty much become the go-to standard for digital signatures and that makes everyday tasks a lot more convenient. On top of that, the licensing cost is reasonably affordable.
Cons
One issue I noticed is that It documents would occasionally crash when using Internet Explorer.

“reliable signing every time”
Pros
This tool always worked reliably and none of my prospects ever ran into problems while going through the signing process.
Cons
With the way we used it, I couldn't build the contract directly in It. I had to create the document separately first and then upload it into the platform.

“secure signing done right”
Pros
Right away, It gave me a lot of confidence because its data security features are very reliable and I can sign even highly confidential documents without worrying about data loss. The workspace is clean and the interface adjusts well which makes the signing process quick and simple. Setting up a default e-signature was simple and I really appreciate being able to edit and update it whenever needed. Another feature I value is the file-sharing option since it lets me send documents immediately after signing them.
Cons
I'm genuinely very impressed with what It has been providing and there's nothing I like least about it.

“You can sign from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to use It anywhere at any time makes signing documents incredibly convenient. It's a powerful yet user-friendly tool and the added security is especially reassuring when handling sensitive documents that need to be signed.
Cons
My only concern with It is that although security is clearly a priority, keeping sensitive documents in the cloud can still raise privacy concerns for users.
