Pros
Using it has been such a positive experience because it's very simple to navigate. Creating templates has made a huge difference in my workflow since it cuts down the time spent sending documents. Being able to quickly adjust and reuse those templates makes the whole signing process feel much more efficient.
Cons
Even though the overall functionality is very good, one drawback with It is that setting up workflows or more advanced options like automated reminders and templates can feel a little tiring for someone new to the platform. It would be even better if the app included more pop-up demos or helpful tips, like small "Did you know?" prompts.

Keeping all my documents in one place has been really convenient and the platform is simple to use. Being able to access it on mobile phones is also a big plus.
Cons

Pros
Being able to drag and drop makes the whole workflow feel very simple. Sending contracts straight to someone's email only takes a few steps which is incredibly convenient for both the client and the account manager. I used to handle everything through regular email and now the signing process is much faster and gives clients a stronger sense of security as well.
Cons
I don't see many downsides with It. The only thing I'm still unsure about is how to add a signature from my side before sending a document but I can't really call that a flaw since it may simply be something I haven't learned how to do yet.

Pros
One of the best parts is how customizable the application is especially for handling multiple signature levels when creating legally binding documents. It also lets you clearly track the status of the process from the moment a document is submitted all the way through final signature completion. Another helpful feature is the ping option which makes it easier to notify others when they still need to take action on an open item.
Cons
A downside is that once a document has been submitted, it can no longer be edited. Since the file is sent as a PDF, any correction means the entire envelope has to be canceled or deleted and the whole process needs to be started again from scratch.

Pros
Sending investor agreements electronically through this has really sped up the signing process for us. We also purchase quite a few tools for day-to-day operations and before bringing on a new vendor, our team sends documents to multiple stakeholders for signature through it which helps us onboard vendors much faster.
Cons
From a feature standpoint, we really do not have any complaints but as a startup, the pricing feels a bit higher than our budget allows.
