Pros
Being able to create a digital contract and share it out quickly has been a huge plus. It also makes pulling it back up later really convenient whenever I need to review it again.
Cons

The interface is very flexible and user-friendly which makes it simple to send documents to clients and just as simple for them to sign. It also creates an electronic paper trail so we can track each document and follow up on it whenever needed.
Cons
One thing It is still missing is a feature that would let us store an e-signature.

It's been dependable every time I've needed it. The platform is also familiar to most people and because recipients already recognize the It name, it helps build trust much faster.
Cons
Pricing is the part that holds it back for me. I don't use it regularly enough for a bigger plan but I do use it just enough to run out of the free trial so I'd really appreciate more limited pricing options.

Cons
Compared with other e-sign tools, the software feels less forgiving. After I send something out for signature, I haven't found a way to edit the package and resend it without having to start the whole process over.

Using templates makes uploads quick, sharing is simple, edits are simple and adding multiple recipients is convenient.
Cons
Making changes after a document has been signed is difficult and customer support is basically unavailable. Even simple tasks feel unnecessarily complicated, with too many steps which wastes a lot of time when a document needs to be sent out fast.

Functionality is excellent and I was eventually able to get help through phone customer service.
Cons
The pricing was changed without any advance notice and it became outrageous for the number of signatures I need each month as a small business. On top of that, they kept emailing me even after I unsubscribed. Support was also unhelpful with that issue so the emails just kept coming for months.
