Sending documents out for signature has been really simple and the whole process is very simple to use.

This site has been working wonderfully for me and after using it for just under a month, I honestly haven't run into anything negative to mention.

It feels like the most credible and dependable e-signature platform out there. The interface works really well for both the person sending documents and the person signing them and the backend tools for managing documents are excellent.

During the free trial, the software worked really well for me. It was simple to use and even though I ran into a few issues here and there, it was still very good overall.

After the free trial ended, the price was just too high. Since I run a small business, it became far too expensive for me to keep using.

There wasn't anything I enjoyed about using it. The whole process was very frustrating and I was not happy with it at all. I also couldn't move forward because I didn't have a user number which made it impossible to proceed. They should make it simpler

Pros

Signing and sending documents is really convenient when your company already works in Google Mail and Drive. Getting started only takes a few minutes to set up your signature and after that it's ready to use whenever you need it. It also includes a few light PDF editing options which is handy because you don't have to keep switching back and forth between different apps or programs.

Cons

At times, moving the text box feels a little countersimple but it's mostly something you adjust to after using it a bit.

It really stood out in the way it keeps the signing process organized and moving efficiently. The interface adapts well so uploading, sending and signing documents from virtually anywhere feels simple and cuts down a lot of the time and frustration that usually comes with paper-based processes. I also appreciated the strong security measures and compliance with legal standards which gave me confidence that everything was protected and legally valid. Also, its integrations with different business tools and platforms helped improve productivity and made workflow management much more efficient.

Cons

One part I wasn't as happy with was It's pricing which can feel a bit complicated at times. For small businesses or individual users, the cost may seem high especially if only a limited number of documents need signing each month. Also, while the platform is user-friendly overall some of the more advanced features can be tricky to work through without training or extra support. I also ran into occasional issues with certain third-party integrations, where a few extra steps were needed to get everything working properly. Even with those minor inconveniences, the advantages of It still outweighed the downsides.

Getting documents signed is efficient and very convenient.

Cons

Our whole office uses a single It account and with multiple people logging in, It often required a verification code sent to the account email. That became frustrating because I wasn't always able to access the email and log in when I needed to.

Right away, the top-tier security stood out especially the activity tracking and extra automation tools. It also lets you collect payments at the time of signing which is really useful. Also, it comes packed with plenty of features and integrations.

Cons

In the end, it was more advanced than what I currently needed and the pricing matched that. If all you want is a basic e-signature tool, there are other options out there. It costs more but that extra cost comes with a broader set of features.

It is what I rely on most for getting contracts and other documents signed. Going paperless has saved me a lot of time and money especially since I barely need to use the printer anymore.

Makes the whole contract signing process feel very simple. It guides you through every section clearly, shows exactly where you need to initial and then prompts you to sign at the end. I also appreciate that it automatically emails a copy of the completed contract afterward which is really helpful.

No more dealing with paper, printers or scanners which has been the biggest win for me. Signing contracts on my side is now quick and simple and clients and partners have been happy not to handle paper documents anymore. Mobile access is also a big advantage since all the features are available on the phone which matters a lot when you're traveling or working on the road.

It isn't the cheapest option out there but everything works really well.
