Very simple to use and it's probably the most recognized and trusted e-signature platform out there.

Getting started with it is simple and it doesn't take much effort to set up. It's a very comprehensive application overall.

It doesn't always integrate with every system and the pricing can feel high compared to other options.

It really organizes the signing process which makes handling documents much more convenient for both me and my clients.

Interface can occasionally feel like it could be a bit more adaptive but it's a very minor issue compared with how efficient and convenient the platform is overall.

Getting contracts signed with customers and vendors has become much more efficient for our company with It. We also use Dropbox and the integration has been really helpful for keeping files organized and maintaining a single storage source across the company.

Pros

Ever since I began using It, handling document signing and approvals has become much simpler. It offers a secure and convenient way to manage signatures without needing to share sensitive documents around for signing. It also saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on manual paperwork. it's the best tool I've used for this kind of task and I can access it any time of the day.

Didnt run into any major issues while using It.

“powerful tracking, frustrating ux”

Pros

One feature that really delivered for us was It's contract open tracking. It gave our sales team visibility into when prospects were engaging which helped them follow up at the right moment and close deals in real time.

Cons

At the same time, It felt far from user-friendly and very limiting when it came to customization. We kept running into issues with clients who didn't understand how to sign because the UX/UI was poor. We also wanted to customize our contracts heavily so they looked more like pitch decks but that was incredibly difficult to pull off in It. Also, customer success didn't leave much of an impression and it honestly surprised us that It was the market leader at the time.

Pros

Putting together proposals is fast and getting documents signed online is just as convenient. File sharing feels polished and the cloud encryption adds a lot of confidence when handling data.

Cons

I don't have any complaints since it covers everything I need.

Pros

Whenever contract documents come my way, it's really convenient to add my signature right from my web browser and send them back without even having to download the It app. Being able to sign legally binding documents so smoothly from wherever I am is exactly why I enjoy using It.

Cons

Nothing to complain about at this point. I use It to sign documents at least once a month and up to now the experience has been consistently smooth for me.

Most of the time, we rely on it to get contracts signed. It feels secure and it works especially well when dealing with international clients.

The pricing is a little high but aside from that I do not have any real complaints. A lot of people are already familiar with it as well.

Pros

Sending documents to clients is simple and the software itself is simple to use.

Cons

Customer service is terrible and the billing system is completely messed up. They pull you in with an annual subscription and even after you cancel, they keep charging you. No refund is given for previous payments and they cut off your access while still billing you for nothing.

Pricing for this software is definitely on the expensive side.

Getting documents out for electronic signature with It was really simple. The whole process felt simple to use and made sending paperwork for signatures fast and hassle-free.

The frustration started when they asked for more money because the plan turned out not to be unlimited and that only became clear after digging through the fine print on their website. Also, customer service was no help at all and basically acted like I should go find another provider which is exactly what I ended up doing.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is how user-friendly it is. No matter someone's level of technical experience, they can jump in and use it without much trouble.

Cons

Document creation could still be improved so the documents we rely on are simpler and more convenient to create.

It's really simple to use, lets you add signatures and initials and it also gives clients their own copy once the document has been completed.

Creating envelopes and sending documents out for signature works really well. The auditing and tracking features are also very useful.

One thing that gets annoying is setting an envelope to expire when someone doesn't sign within the required time.

Sending out a document is very simple, no matter how many people need to sign it. The process is set up in a way that makes mistakes pretty hard to make.

Everything is simple to understand and getting around the platform and putting it into use is very uncomplicated.

No complaints at all. I completely depend on It for all of my important documents.

The overall system works really well and the workflow options make it possible to build and adapt models around the way your organization actually operates. The REST API integration is also a big advantage because it lets you connect external systems with It for any signature process. We use it both for onboarding new employees and for collecting signatures on internal SOPs.

Cons

One limitation is that CRF21/11 which is mandatory in the pharma field, requires a separate contract. Because of that, I have to sign two different contracts, whereas it would be much better to have a single contract that covers everything.

“signature works, support disappoints”

Pros

Signature functionality and API both do what they're supposed to do and needing support doesn't come up very often.

Cons

Whenever support is needed though, it's been unbearable to deal with.. disinterested, poorly organized and painfully slow when it comes to making any progress. We're paying for enhanced support and that has turned out to be a bad investment.
