flexible signatures and quick navigation

Pros

Using it for lots of agreements has been very convenient. I can either draw my own signature or pick an electronically generated one, choose the font style for my initials and move through each signature or initials field from one line to the next without any hassle.

Cons

I really haven't run into any specific problems with It in my role as a user rather than an administrator.

Excellent!

Pros

It has been one of the best tools to happen to the workplace. No matter where you are in the world, you can sign documents right away. It helps get tasks completed much faster so you can move on to your next projects without delay.

Cons

Cant think of anything I dislike about It because it has helped me a lot with my work.

Very dependable

Pros

I love how convenient it is to use. It's simple to navigate and I can void documents when needed, track in real time whether someone has viewed or signed a file, make corrections to forms and send them again without much hassle and cc extra parties so they also get a copy of the document. The remote notary feature is also a big plus.

Cons

The only thing I'd want improved is the search history since it currently only lets you search back 6 months.

A great choice

Pros

Using it has been simple to manage and simple to work with. It makes signing documents convenient for everyone which is a big reason it has been used at every company I've worked for over the past five years.

Perfect for us

Pros

Electronic signature software is essential these days and It handles it reliably and without hassle. The pricing is quite affordable and it gives me confidence that documents are being signed correctly and exactly as intended.

Cons

At times, setting the signing sequence for each recipient can be a little confusing.

secure and fast document sending

Pros

Sending my documents feels secure and the process is very fast.

Cons

Once the documents have been sent, nothing can be changed afterward if you suddenly remember something was missing to sign or notice any errors.

reliable contract closing

Pros

Closing contracts feels fast and dependable with this software which really helps keep the process moving without issues.

Cons

The only downside is that the free trial lasts just 30 days, it would be much better if there were a permanently free plan available.

custom templates save time

Pros

One of the best parts of It is being able to build custom templates. We send a lot of the same documents over and over so setting up a document once with all the needed signatures and fields already in place saves a ton of time when it's time to send it again.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about It. It has handled everything I've needed in my HR role without any issues.

contracts tracked all the way

remote signing made simple

Pros

Being able to send a lease out for signature without having someone come into the office has been a huge plus. They can review and sign everything from home or even from their car and they still get full access to the entire document while signing so nothing is hidden or missed.

Cons

Didn't run into any problems with It. It does exactly what I need it to do and I'm able to collect signatures on documents without having to meet anyone in person.

The alerts really help

Pros

It's been incredibly useful to be able to send documents and collect electronic signatures from research subjects without bringing them into the office. It's also really helpful that the team gets notified when someone signs and again when the document is fully completed. The customizable fields are another feature I really appreciate.

Cons

One limitation is that I can't make a specific field required when it has separate options. In one of my documents, subjects are supposed to initial either the yes line or the no line for a particular service. I can't mark that section as required because it would force them to initial both lines. I really wish there were a way around this since subjects often skip that section entirely because It doesn't treat it as a mandatory field.

Saves time

Pros

This tool really stands out for how efficient and user-friendly it is. It cuts out the whole routine of scanning, emailing, printing, signing, scanning again and sending documents back. Everything is handled in one place and the recipient can clearly see exactly where they need to sign. Once a signature has been set up, signing only takes a single click. There's also no need to manually send the completed document back since the process is automatic and both the signer and the requester receive a copy of the fully signed document.

Great platform

Pros

One of the best things about It was not having to show up in person for a house or condo sale closing. It also works even when you're overseas which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

No major complaints. The only thing to watch out for is if you have changed your name, make sure your signature name in It has been updated so you do not accidentally use your old name.

signing workflow made effortless

Pros

Handling the entire process of taking scanned copies, signing them physically, rescanning the signed version and forwarding everything has been made much simpler.

Cons

Professional document flow

Pros

It has been the part we appreciate most because it lets our company handle document transactions with other parties in a professional way and it gets done quickly and efficiently.

Cons

One limitation we ran into with It was with our state XML document requirement. Those files could not be added in their original format and had to be converted to PDF first.

convenient signing I can count on

Pros

Using it has been really convenient for my business and the whole process feels so simple that I honestly don't see myself switching to anything else.

Cons

The pricing gave me pause at first but it has been worth paying for. The guarantee made it easier to try and once I did, I ended up loving it.

Pros

Great tool I would say! It has been around for years and has built a strong reputation in electronic signatures. What I appreciate most is that nearly everyone we work with already knows and trusts the platform which helps contracts get signed much faster.

Cons

Certain parts of the interface could still be improved especially when it comes to the design and navigation.

user-friendly templates

Pros

Right away, the platform felt very user-friendly. Setting up templates was simple and the automation made a big difference by helping us collect signatures from many people at the same time.

Cons

One downside was the price which ended up increasing quite a bit for us compared with other vendors. Because of budget limits, I switched once my contract ended even though the product was very strong overall.
