Pros
Using it for lots of agreements has been very convenient. I can either draw my own signature or pick an electronically generated one, choose the font style for my initials and move through each signature or initials field from one line to the next without any hassle.
Cons
I really haven't run into any specific problems with It in my role as a user rather than an administrator.

I love how convenient it is to use. It's simple to navigate and I can void documents when needed, track in real time whether someone has viewed or signed a file, make corrections to forms and send them again without much hassle and cc extra parties so they also get a copy of the document. The remote notary feature is also a big plus.
Cons
The only thing I'd want improved is the search history since it currently only lets you search back 6 months.

One of the best parts of It is being able to build custom templates. We send a lot of the same documents over and over so setting up a document once with all the needed signatures and fields already in place saves a ton of time when it's time to send it again.
Cons

Being able to send a lease out for signature without having someone come into the office has been a huge plus. They can review and sign everything from home or even from their car and they still get full access to the entire document while signing so nothing is hidden or missed.
Cons
Didn't run into any problems with It. It does exactly what I need it to do and I'm able to collect signatures on documents without having to meet anyone in person.

It's been incredibly useful to be able to send documents and collect electronic signatures from research subjects without bringing them into the office. It's also really helpful that the team gets notified when someone signs and again when the document is fully completed. The customizable fields are another feature I really appreciate.
Cons
One limitation is that I can't make a specific field required when it has separate options. In one of my documents, subjects are supposed to initial either the yes line or the no line for a particular service. I can't mark that section as required because it would force them to initial both lines. I really wish there were a way around this since subjects often skip that section entirely because It doesn't treat it as a mandatory field.

This tool really stands out for how efficient and user-friendly it is. It cuts out the whole routine of scanning, emailing, printing, signing, scanning again and sending documents back. Everything is handled in one place and the recipient can clearly see exactly where they need to sign. Once a signature has been set up, signing only takes a single click. There's also no need to manually send the completed document back since the process is automatic and both the signer and the requester receive a copy of the fully signed document.

One of the best things about It was not having to show up in person for a house or condo sale closing. It also works even when you're overseas which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
No major complaints. The only thing to watch out for is if you have changed your name, make sure your signature name in It has been updated so you do not accidentally use your old name.

Right away, the platform felt very user-friendly. Setting up templates was simple and the automation made a big difference by helping us collect signatures from many people at the same time.
Cons
One downside was the price which ended up increasing quite a bit for us compared with other vendors. Because of budget limits, I switched once my contract ended even though the product was very strong overall.
