Pros
The people signing our documents had no trouble using it and we never got complaints from recipients about that side of the process.
Cons
While document recipients find the signing process trouble-free, the administrative interface is severely lacking, with poor search functionality and a confusing legacy system and inadequate support that makes internal management a frustrating experience.

Pros
Using it feels very polished thanks to the simple interface. Being able to save templates for later is really helpful and I also appreciate that I can choose the email text content along with the font styling.
Cons
Its monthly subscription feels a bit expensive for my needs. As a freelancer, I only need a small number of signatures each month. Also, when I send documents for signing in different languages, the "view document" header cannot be translated and always remains in English.

Pros
It works well for getting contracts signed remotely but the price is very high especially since there are other tools that do the same thing for less.
Cons
Customer service is the real problem. Be careful because they may keep charging you even more than a year after you've canceled. If you decide to terminate, make sure to ask your bank to block It payments since in this kind of situation they don't respond to calls or emails.

The timestamps and verification features are especially valuable for legal documents and contracts. Getting signatures in real time saves both time and money which makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is adding a photo capture during signing to confirm the signer is bAmt the person they claim to be, rather than relying only on the email address provided.

It has consistently been an excellent experience for me. The interface is flexible and very user-friendly which makes it simple to navigate and use. Cons
A downside I've run into was when I needed customer support. I only had to contact them once but it was difficult to actually get in touch with someone. That definitely needs improvement.
