Using it has been very simple. It lets me sign my documents electronically without any hassle.

Pros

It's incredibly simple to use, quickly detects the signature fields and makes sending and receiving documents really convenient. I also appreciate getting signature confirmations. We don't have to deal anymore with people sending back separate page copies with unreadable signatures or documents that are out of order.

Being able to retrieve a signature has been incredibly useful for me. There are times when my boss is out of the office and I still need to send documents so that feature really helps keep things moving.

The only downside I've noticed so far is that the signature box can't really be resized the way I want. It expands and shrinks but it doesn't seem possible to change it from a box shape into something more rectangular.

So easy to use. Being able to sign important documents quickly while keeping them secure is the part I value most about this software. I can literally sign a document from wherever I am using my cellphone which makes it incredibly convenient. It really feels like something every business should be using and it works just as well for personal use too.

At this point, the program is simple to use and I honestly haven't run into any problems. If that changes later on, I'd update my thoughts but for now everything seems to be working well.

Getting documents signed with It feels pretty simple. It's one of those standard platforms for sending and signing contracts electronically and a lot of industries recognize and trust it, including government, medical, real estate and energy.

There really isn't much to complain about aside from the pricing. It's still affordable for a small to medium-sized business but once you're handling more than 10 or 20 contracts a month, the cost can start to feel a bit high.

Signing documents with It has been really convenient and accessible. The platform gives clear step-by-step guidance so every section gets reviewed and signed properly without confusion. The whole process only takes a few minutes and once it's done, confirmation emails are sent to everyone involved. That part is especially useful since I keep those emails saved in a folder and can pull them up quickly whenever I need to reference them.

I haven't explored every feature It offers yet but up to this point, nothing has stood out as something I dislike.

It is a little expensive for people who use it heavily and some users may feel limited by what certain plans include. Even though the platform is user-friendly, the wide range of features can feel a bit overwhelming if you only use it occasionally. It's kind of like having a high-performance car.. impressive to use but maybe more than necessary for short, simple trips.

Whether I'm on a phone, tablet or computer, It lets us sign documents digitally by adding an e-signature from any device. The platform is very simple to use and the whole process feels simple from start to finish. I also trust it with sensitive files since it's secure enough for confidential documents like contracts and other agreements without raising any security concerns.

No con, I haven't come across anything to dislike about It. It has worked so well for me that I really don't have any negatives to mention.

This software is great for our every day use.. it made keeping track of documents much simpler. I always know who has already signed, who is still pending and when the full signing process is complete. The regular email updates are especially helpful because I do not have to keep logging in just to check the status of a document. It is also useful that It shows when a document has been viewed so I can clearly see who has accessed it before the final signature is added.

Cons

One thing that would improve it is having automatic signature reminders turned on by default. At times, if that setting is not changed, no reminder gets sent because it is preset to 0 days after the first alert.

Pros

Being able to use this product for remote consent is fantastic. It lets clinical research participants sign consent forms without needing to come into the hospital which is a huge benefit.

Cons

Participants who are less comfortable with technology can run into issues during the authentication process especially when creating a password and moving through the different sections of the form. It would also be helpful if the sender had a view option to see exactly what recipients see making it easier to walk them through the authentication and signing process.

Using it has been very simple and adapting signatures to different needs is simple. Signatures are recognized almost everywhere and the customizable fields make it clear and convenient for clients to review and sign documents.

Making changes after a document has already been sent is difficult.
