Cons

It works well for electronically signing nearly any type of agreement across different industries which makes it very practical for business use. It eSignature also cuts out the costs tied to printing, mailing and storing paperwork, while still being secure and simple to handle. With the help of connectors, we can automate much of the manual work and that saves a lot of time. It really helps business move faster with digital contracts that carry the same value as paper and can be sent to people anywhere in the world.
Cons
Even though the overall process is very simple, I ran into trouble when trying to integrate it with the ServiceNow application engine. I also wish there were a better user manual because the lack of clear instructions and helpful articles made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Also, customizing forms could be more user-friendly since editing documents and adding new fields can sometimes be difficult.
