It feels very user-friendly and simple to work with. One thing I really appreciate is that I don't have to scroll through the document to locate signature fields because it automatically jumps right to the places where I need to sign.

While automatically jumping to signature fields makes signing quick and convenient, this same behavior can make it difficult to carefully review the entire document in detail before signing

Pros

Getting into the platform is simple and it's also very simple to teach others how to use it. It's been a really strong platform overall.

There isn't anything about this product that I really dislike.

The interface is simple to work with and the network it provided was both fast and secure.

It falls short when it comes to multifunctionality and it doesn't offer enough tools or uses like Word or OneDrive.

Being able to get documents signed and completed without having to be there in person is something I really appreciate. It also saves a lot of paper since there's no need to print documents just to sign them.

I honestly don't have any complaints about this product. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

It feels essential for any business that can't be physically present with every client. It lets you prepare documents for digital signing and send them out for clients to sign remotely. The signature is legally binding so it carries the same validity as signing in person.

Cons

The homepage could really use a redesign and some of the available features are not presented clearly enough. Because of that, certain tools are harder to understand and end up being more difficult to use.

One thing that's still missing is a way to organize completed documents. Right now, we have to go back through old emails to retrieve the files that were signed.

The best part is how simple it is to review and sign documents. After registering just once, I don't have to repeat the process every time I need to use it.

So far, it has seemed excellent to me. I have no complaints at all. And besides that, it's very simple to use.

Everything about it feels simple to use and navigate. Applican'ts and residents usually have no trouble with it.. they just click where they need to sign or initial and It automatically places the right information in those spots. Since the whole process is digital, we end up getting signatures on applications and leases much faster.

Cons

A downside is that signature packages can expire. There are also times when the system glitches and leaves part of an application or lease unsigned even though the applican't or resident says they selected all the correct fields.

The only challenge is not having enough time to explore the newer features and roll them out to the rest of the firm.

Using it has been a really positive experience especially because the interface is so user-friendly. Signing and sending documents feels very simple and the eSignature feature has made the biggest difference for our business by saving us a significan't amount of time.

One small downside with It is that the mobile app could use some improvement to provide a more responsive user experience.

The part I like least about It is having to change the signatory's point of contact when a customer asks for someone else to sign the document instead.
