“Perfect!”

Pros

Everything about this software works really well for me. The first thing I appreciate is how simple it is and how compatible it is with different setups. Another big plus is its portability.

Cons

One suggestion I'd make is to add a section for correcting or adjusting a signature after it has already been scanned.

Setting up templates for tasks that used to be a lot of grunt work for junior employees is incredibly simple.

It would be nice if it could connect with email platforms like Gmail though that's asking a bit much since it already delivers on what it promises.

Using it for electronic signatures works well across different countries which has been really helpful. It also lets you clearly mark the exact places where someone needs to sign and those are the only fields that can be completed so the process stays organized. Another nice part is that once everyone has signed, It automatically sends a completed copy of the document to all parties involved.

Cons

Getting a It account set up is not especially user friendly and that part could definitely be better. After the account is created though, the rest of the platform is much easier to use.

Pros

Getting all the necessary documents signed takes almost no time and the whole process feels secure and well handled.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that the daily reminder for pending documents to be signed has been removed.

Right from a basic day-to-day perspective, it's very simple to use for managing new hire contracts and the documents are simple to find and save.

The one thing I'd like is the ability to save documents directly to Google Drive.

Its so much easier and quicker to handle docs with it. When forms are sent to me this way, I can sign them and return them quickly which really speeds up the turnaround. It's clear, simple to follow, feels secure and I'm able to view the documents right after everything is completed.

Cons

I honestly don't have any major complaints. If I had to mention something, it would be that it's really just for viewing, signing and sending back so there's no real way to connect with anyone through the platform. If a question comes up, I have to contact the sender directly since I haven't seen any option to leave notes or comments.

This product is very efficient and simple to use. We absolutely love it.

There's really nothing to complain about at all.. it's been a perfect fit for us, no matter the size of the business.

Whenever I get documents that need a signature, the process is very user-friendly and simple to complete and sending them back is just as convenient.

The signature tool makes my signature look a little different from how I normally sign but it's still an excellent alternative when I'm not able to be there in person.

Pros

Being able to forward a document to a different signatory is a huge plus. There's no need to rebuild the whole document.. just add the new signer and the system takes care of the rest automatically.

I don't have any complaints about the product. It works perfectly fine.

At times, the document details get mixed up or disappear which makes them difficult to read.

Right out of the box, it comes with an app built for Salesforce which makes the integration simple for sales reps and brings contracts back to the original object without extra hassle.

At times, things stop working properly after new updates roll out and it's hard to tell what's actually going on unless you reach out to support.

It felt very convenient because it was already integrated with my company's system and supported SSO. The documents are secure and the electronic signatures are legally binding which gives a lot of confidence when using it. It also meets a range of international and industry-specific compliance standards so it comes across as a reliable and trustworthy option for business use.

A downside is that some subscription tiers come with limited functionality so you may need to upgrade your plan to access certain additional features.

Pros

Getting documents signed takes very little effort with this software. It's simple to use, simple to manage and it performs reliably. It helps move paperwork along fast which makes it much easier to finish tasks sooner.

Cons

Overall, it's a strong product. The interface could use a refresh but that's really my only complaint. A lower price would definitely be appreciated although it still feels worth paying for.

Using it has been a really positive experience. It's very simple to use, whether I'm on my phone, desktop, computer or laptop and I can access it from pretty much anywhere. That convenience makes it something I'd gladly keep using for work and for everyday tasks whenever I need to sign something electronically.

Doesn't take much effort to get comfortable to it and from the admin side the setup is simple as well. Its ability to integrate with SharePoint makes a big impact and adds a lot of value.
