Easy to use

Pros

Biggest advantage is how convenient it is to use. That simplicity and convenience really make my work a lot more manageable.

Cons

Fantastic

Pros

It was very useful whenever I needed documents signed by managers who weren't at the office at the time, whether they were on vacation or away on leave.

Cons

There's a lot of competition that may offer more tools and that remains a threat despite the strong quality this software provides.

secure handling for deposits

Pros

When it comes to account deposits and sharing information that shouldn't be sent through regular email, this has been really useful. It handles the same kind of communication but with much better security which makes me feel a lot more comfortable using it for sensitive details.

Cons

Nothing I dislike about it. It does exactly what I need and has been clear and reliable.

powerful signing functions

Pros

At work I rely on this software whenever I need to send contracts out for attorneys to sign. Uploading documents is simple and adding signature fields exactly where they need to sign takes very little effort. It's very user-friendly and comes with plenty of useful features.

Cons

It already feels like a well-rounded piece of software.

online signatures made simple

Pros

Having customers sign paperwork online right away has been a huge plus. The Point Click and Sign option all on the same page is especially helpful particularly for customers who live more than 50 miles away from my company.

Cons

There really is nothing about this software that I dislike. It's very simple to use, quick to send and even quicker to get a signature when timing matters most.

Tracking is easy

Pros

Putting documents together in It feels effortless. I can drag and drop files, keep an address book with contacts I use often and copy and paste form fields for each person who needs to sign. It only takes me a few minutes to prepare a document and I get alerts as soon as everyone has signed. The dashboard is clear too so it's simple to check status and follow up with anyone who still hasn't completed their signature.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it. For what I need.. sending documents out for signatures.. it works without hassle and feels very simple.

excellent e-sign and contracts

Pros

The e-signature module is easily the standout feature here and the contract management tools are just as strong. They save a lot of time in day-to-day work and the interface is very simple to use.

Cons

It does require several layers of authentication. While that's helpful from a security standpoint for regular users, it can feel a bit annoying at times.

quick signing by email

Pros

Being able to send contracts and estimates by email for customers to sign quickly has been really helpful. It's also nice that they can clearly see exactly where they need to fill in blanks or add their signature and the prompts guide them step by step to the next spot.

Cons

Reason we ended up canceling was the envelope pricing which felt pretty expensive. Because of that, we had to choose a different option.

simple and easy

Pros

The interface is simple so moving around and completing tasks doesn't get confusing. It also gives clear guidance for uploading documents making edits and starting the signing process. Another big plus is that it works with multiple file types, including Word documents, Excel files and PDFs. Also it feels secure overall with very little risk of documents or sensitive information ending up in the wrong hands.

Cons

One downside is the pricing which feels a bit expensive. While I do value that there's a free version, it comes with enough limitations that it mostly serves as a trial to show how the platform works. Another thing is that It can come across as very formal and official and that sometimes makes people hesitant to sign because it feels like the documents may carry heavier legal implications. It would be nice if the experience felt a little more approachable and less intimidating.

great for everyone

Pros

Handling documents with multiple sequential recipients is much more manageable with It and it works well for sending files offline as well as collecting electronic signatures. Another big plus is that users can check the full history and audit trail certificate for every signed document. It saves a lot of time by cutting out the usual paper-based signing process and letting documents be signed online in just a few clicks.

Cons

After using it for more than a year I still haven't run into any major issues with it.

very effective for handovers

Pros

Switching things over between users is very effective and the overall usage feels simple.

Cons

incredible software

Pros

Being able to sign and initial just one time is a huge plus. After that, I can simply drag my signature or initials wherever they need to go which saves a lot of time. The layout is also very simple to navigate.

Cons

For what I need.. adding a signature or initials.. it does exactly what I want so I really don't have any complaints.

contracts signed in no time

Pros

I like that it has contracts completed much faster which been the biggest win for us. Nobody wants to print out a long multi-page agreement, sign it and then scan it back. People would much rather just click a button and be done. Agreements that used to sit for months were signed almost immediately once we started using It.

Cons

The only issue comes up when a customer sends documents through their own It account and we still need the digital receipt. It can be difficult to get that receipt from them especially since they usually are not involved with anything on the back end.

flexible integrations I rely on

Pros

Right away the integration options made a big difference for me. It works with a wide variety of software and services, including major business tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and plenty of others. That flexibility and convenience have been really valuable to me and I definitely appreciate how well it connects with the platforms I already use.

Cons

Even though It is generally user-friendly a first-time user may still need a little time to find their way around. It can be somewhat challenging at the beginning and becoming fully comfortable with all of its features doesn't happen instantly.

Easy to use

Pros

Using it while I'm out on the highway has been really convenient. The features are user-friendly and the whole process of signing documents is quick and simple.

Cons

I really don't have many complaints. I mainly rely on e-signatures to get things done and It has been the best option for that. I also haven't used it on Windows much since I mostly work from my mobile phone.

document signing made effortless

Pros

Handling document capture, storage and digital signing with multiple signatures feels effortless on this platform. A process that used to be frustrating and time-consuming now runs much more smoothly.

Cons

Document uploads can be a bit unreliable at times and every now and then some files come through as scanned copies with portions of the original document cut off.

signing on the go is fantastic

Pros

Being able to sign documents wherever I am is incredibly convenient and the flexibility it offers is amazing.

Cons

Excellent tool

Pros

Using DocuSign has been really enjoyable because it keeps documents and signing very simple. I really appreciate how the documents are displayed, with each place that needs a signature clearly shown and I also like being able to create documents within the platform. Everything feels readable, accessible and simple to put together. It is really cool!

Cons

I do not have many complaints about It. If I could ask for anything, it would be a few extra features, like having more font options and maybe some added text animation options such as word-by-word or paragraph effects. It would also be nice if page transitions could mimic the look of flipping through a real book.

Helps my work

Pros

It offers a safe and secure way to collect digital signatures from everyone involved and I also appreciate being able to set the signing order. The email reminders sent to signees help keep the process organized and make it easier to get everything completed on time.

Cons
