Pros
Ever since we started using this tool, handling document signing and file management has become much more organized. The interface is simple so sending, signing and storing documents doesn't take much effort. Its security features, including authentication and encryption, give us confidence that sensitive files stay protected and intact. Being able to sign documents from any device and any location also adds a lot of convenience and flexibility.
Cons
The pricing can feel a bit expensive especially for companies that need to process a high volume of document signatures.

Pros
Being able to track critical documents in the software has been a huge help and it lets us get everything signed quickly, in the right sequence and without any confusion.
Cons
What I found as an inconvenience is that if I wait too long to sign, the link expires and I have to resend the document. That said I understand it's there for security so I still appreciate the feature.

“ignored cases and missing quotes”

It started out looking like a strong product with responsive support but then things went downhill. Our company noticed a sharp drop in job quote close rates so I reviewed the quotes we had sent and saw that many of them had never even been opened by customers. That seemed odd because a lot of those customers had been eager to get the quotes and move ahead with their projects right away. When I followed up with the ones whose quotes showed as unviewed, several told us they never got them at all. The emails were landing in spam and in some cases they were being deleted automatically because of that. When I contacted It about it, they completely ignored the issue. They kept closing the case number, I kept reopening new ones and still got no response. We finally canceled the card they were charging and that was apparently the only thing that got their attention.
Cons
Even though they were not delivering quotes properly to customers, they still refused to let us cancel. In the end, we went back to doing things the old-fashioned way and sent quotes directly from our own email instead of using It. Once we did that, our acceptance rates returned to where they had been before we started using it.

Really convenient to save your signature and just drop it into documents instead of having to write it out by hand over and over on paper.
Cons

Pros
Working with a lot of members means I sometimes need to send several documents out for review and signature. It's really helpful that I can create a template and route it based on whoever needs to approve it. I also appreciate being able to copy the document or forward it to someone else without downloading it and sending it all over again.
Cons
An improvement would be having the option to update a document after spotting a mistake or remove a page when there's a blank or unnecessary one after the template has already been created. Other than that, I don't have much to complain about and it works well overall.

Compared with Adobe this feels much more convenient and user-friendly to use. The interface is less cluttered, it works faster overall and the biggest advantage is the pricing since it costs nearly half as much as Adobe.
Cons
One downside is that integrating it with other platforms and modules can be difficult because it is not as widely recognized. The mobile version also is not very user-friendly.
