A secure tool

Pros

Handling important documents that need signatures feels much more efficient with It and it's adaptable enough to fit different situations. It also gives me confidence that the data stays secure throughout the process.

Cons

That said the mobile experience still needs a lot of improvement and some meaningful enhancements.

Sign from anywhere

Pros

Ever since we started using this tool, handling document signing and file management has become much more organized. The interface is simple so sending, signing and storing documents doesn't take much effort. Its security features, including authentication and encryption, give us confidence that sensitive files stay protected and intact. Being able to sign documents from any device and any location also adds a lot of convenience and flexibility.

Cons

The pricing can feel a bit expensive especially for companies that need to process a high volume of document signatures.

fast linked signatures

Pros

Once I sign one document that signature carries over to the other documents that also need to be signed which is really convenient.

Cons

When the software goes down I can't collect signatures on the pad.

simple to use and practical

Pros

Using it feels very simple and that's probably the biggest advantage for me.

Cons

Only downside is the limited date and time stamp styling. I'd really prefer having more than just the single option available.

Works great

Pros

Being able to track critical documents in the software has been a huge help and it lets us get everything signed quickly, in the right sequence and without any confusion.

Cons

What I found as an inconvenience is that if I wait too long to sign, the link expires and I have to resend the document. That said I understand it's there for security so I still appreciate the feature.

impressive teamwork

Pros

The whole system is very user-friendly. It also helps a lot that everyone is on the same software and already knows how to work with it.

Cons

At the beginning it can be a bit confusing because there are so many features and some of them take a little time to fully figure out.

Pros

It has been a standout choice for us as an industry-leading platform for electronic signatures and digital transaction management. It lets businesses send and sign documents electronically so there's no need to print, scan or mail physical paperwork anymore. Being able to handle documents anytime and from anywhere has really helped organize our workflows while saving both time and resources.

Cons

I think to get the most out of It may require a paid monthly or yearly subscription which can add extra cost for some businesses.

Pros

ignored cases and missing quotes

Pros

It started out looking like a strong product with responsive support but then things went downhill. Our company noticed a sharp drop in job quote close rates so I reviewed the quotes we had sent and saw that many of them had never even been opened by customers. That seemed odd because a lot of those customers had been eager to get the quotes and move ahead with their projects right away. When I followed up with the ones whose quotes showed as unviewed, several told us they never got them at all. The emails were landing in spam and in some cases they were being deleted automatically because of that. When I contacted It about it, they completely ignored the issue. They kept closing the case number, I kept reopening new ones and still got no response. We finally canceled the card they were charging and that was apparently the only thing that got their attention.

Cons

Even though they were not delivering quotes properly to customers, they still refused to let us cancel. In the end, we went back to doing things the old-fashioned way and sent quotes directly from our own email instead of using It. Once we did that, our acceptance rates returned to where they had been before we started using it.

Signature reuse is fantastic

Pros

Really convenient to save your signature and just drop it into documents instead of having to write it out by hand over and over on paper.

Cons

There's very little to complain about here and it's hard to think of any meaningful improvements.

One of the best things about It is how convenient it makes electronic signatures. It also offers secure document storage, helps teams collaborate efficiently and does a good job of keeping different document-related processes organized in one place.

Cons

Effortless mobile use

Pros

Managing the app is very simple and the admin side is simple to handle too. Integration is also convenient especially since they already provide templates that make setup much quicker. It's also very practical to use on a mobile phone.

flexible templates for approvals

Pros

Working with a lot of members means I sometimes need to send several documents out for review and signature. It's really helpful that I can create a template and route it based on whoever needs to approve it. I also appreciate being able to copy the document or forward it to someone else without downloading it and sending it all over again.

Cons

An improvement would be having the option to update a document after spotting a mistake or remove a page when there's a blank or unnecessary one after the template has already been created. Other than that, I don't have much to complain about and it works well overall.

simple signing experience

Pros

It's very simple to use and operate and in my opinion there's basically no learning curve at all.

Cons

The only real downside with it in my opinion was the customer support. It wasn't bad by any means just not especially strong.

Pros

Working with it feels very simple especially for creating and managing cloud-based documents. The e-signature features are a big plus and the auto-save function adds extra peace of mind. Also, the customizable forms and the polished GUI and UI design make the whole experience even better.

authentic signatures without meetings

Pros

Being able to get an authentic signature without needing to meet in person is something I really appreciate.

I'mpressed with its speed

Pros

Compared with Adobe this feels much more convenient and user-friendly to use. The interface is less cluttered, it works faster overall and the biggest advantage is the pricing since it costs nearly half as much as Adobe.

Cons

One downside is that integrating it with other platforms and modules can be difficult because it is not as widely recognized. The mobile version also is not very user-friendly.
