Pros
Running documents between sites for signatures used to take days and add extra labor costs for us. With this software, that whole process is gone. Approvals, verification and signatures now happen in seconds and the completed documents get back to our offsite AP department within minutes instead of days. It has made a big difference in cutting commuting expenses and removing a lot of wasted time from our workflow.

“Great tool”
Pros
Handling document signatures digitally has been really convenient. I can send signed copies to everyone involved and keep all the completed documents stored together in one place which makes everything much more organized.
Cons
One concern is that the signatures can be manipulated or forged pretty easily. If someone has access to the signer's email account they could essentially sign the document without much trouble.

Pros
Right away the platform feels simple which is something I really appreciate. It's simple to use, easy to navigate and it's always obvious where to go next. Everything feels clear-cut and having plenty of templates already available to choose from is a big plus.
Cons
Cost feels a bit high especially when you're handling the same kind of volume our company deals with. And once you commit to using it, it becomes extremely difficult to go back.

Pros
Switching to the full It business package a few months ago has been a really positive move for us. I've been able to get the account set up for staff across different countries without any trouble. The It layout is well designed and one feature I really appreciate is being able to clearly see what has been sent out for signature and what has already been completed. That's been incredibly useful day to day. The automatic reminders are also a big help when it comes to following up with people. I've heard good feedback from several staff members as well. We're using It to make the way we send external documents to suppliers and clients more efficient and polished and it's been working really well. Thank you for such an excellent product.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate about It is how convenient it is for people to sign contracts remotely. The document storage is also something I value a lot.
Cons
They should have a way to use a signature written on paper and then scan it in cause when signing with a finger on a phone, it often doesn't look like the person's real signature.

Getting documents set up is quick and the platform is very simple to use. Training employees doesn't take much time which is a big plus. I also really appreciate that it's mobile-friendly for signers.
Cons

The process felt secure too since everything stayed digital and didn't leave a paper trail for others to access. Sharing documents between different signees was also very convenient. Cons
Interface could use a bit of a refresh visually. Adding signatures can also feel a little tricky at first until you get used to it.

Attaching signatures is very simple and It's e-signature audit trail is really comprehensive. It clearly captures the key details around who signed the document which makes the whole process feel reliable and well tracked.
Cons
For SMEs especially I think a more practical approach would be charging per signature since smaller businesses may not handle more than around 40 contracts or signatures when hiring new employees.

In the legal field It feels absolutely essential. We rely on it a lot for remote real estate closings and for clients or colleagues who are far away and it makes the whole process much more convenient for everyone involved. Being able to prepare a document, send it out for secure signatures and have it returned to us is incredibly valuable. It has truly benefited our company because of how well it supports document design and overall usability. During the pandemic, it was honestly the only way we could keep business moving and it ended up being a real lifesaver for law firms.

Performed well across the board the only challenge we ran into was helping older clients learn how to use it.

Running a 100% on-site business, we no longer have to rely on printers at all. Signing contracts is much cleaner and more convenient now and it saves us from dragging around a portable printer just to print paperwork and collect signatures.

Having several people access the same document for signatures is very convenient and the system gives a strong sense of trust in every aspect especially when it comes to data storage.
Cons
It would be better if documents could be restricted so only authorized people can access them. Even when a file is meant only for those who need to sign it, other users in the company can often still view it and many times those are confidential documents that should not be exposed.

When it comes to e-signatures and document handling, this is still the original and best option. The convenience, integrations, strong reputation and brand recognition really make it worth the price.
Cons
One area that could be better is multi-party signatures. Every now and then, a single pending signature slows down the whole process and the other recipients are not always aware that the document has already been sent. Better notifications around that would be helpful.
