Pros

Getting users created organized and ready to start using the product is incredibly simple. We hardly need to do any ongoing administration beyond setting up users and creating the initial groups.

Cons

I do wish it connected with some of our other form-based tools so the whole process could flow better although I understand integrations depend on both sides.

One of the best parts of using It has been how it makes group signing and contract signing simple while still feeling secure. Compared with other document-signing apps, It also comes at a much lower cost which makes it even more appealing.

Its interface should be a bit more polished. Aside from that there's very little to complain about because It offers a lot of value, both in terms of functionality and pricing.

Handling contract management feels much less painful with this software because it comes packed with a lot of useful functions. It keeps records well organized and documents can be signed very quickly which really helps move things along.

A few parts of the signature setup were a bit tricky to understand at first but outside of that I really did not run into any issues with the product.

No matter where people are or what time it is getting documents signed through It is incredibly convenient,. It also handles agreements that need a specific signing order really well which is important for certain workflows. The tracking feature is especially helpful since it shows exactly who has signed and who still hasn't making follow-ups and reminders much easier.

Cons

What could be improved is the date field option. Right now, it requires entering the complete date and it would be much better if there were a way to insert only the day of the month instead of the full date.

Reading through the contract is simple and it makes it very clear where I need to sign.

Cons

That said the digital signing interface on the recipient side still feels poorly designed. The blue color scheme looks outdated and old-fashioned and the yellow arrow also doesn't feel modern. The first time I opened the contract signing page, it was a bit confusing to understand what I was supposed to do. It's a good tool overall but the interface isn't very attractive and can be confusing at times.

I did run into issues when uploading documents ... sometimes the page shows an error and won't display and email notifications don't always work properly.

Because it is cloud-based it depends on having a stable internet connection. If there's an outage or the connection is disrupted, getting access to documents or signing them can become difficult which is definitely inconvenient.

Really helpful for sending application forms to clients and getting them completed quickly without having to print, scan or deal with paperwork back and forth.

There have been a few times when clients have had trouble signing or using the online forms and in some cases it's been hard for me to guide them because I couldn't tell exactly what was causing the problem.

Bulk forms could definitely be improved, tech support can take a while to respond and the system is on the expensive side.

From the start this product has been very simple to use. It lets you store and pull up your own e-signature, along with others, without any hassle. I also appreciate that it offers multiple signature functions, is affordable and makes filling out contracts through the app very convenient.

Cons

One frustrating limitation is that if you make a mistake while signing and already hit the complete button, you can't go back and edit the document. Instead, you have to start the signing process all over again with a new document.
