The trouble starts when you need help beyond the document itself especially if you want to customize features or make account-related adjustments. Reaching customer service was extremely difficult when I used It. I care a lot about customer support because people are what really make a company. A tech tool can be useful but without real human support behind it, the experience falls short. Technology by itself is not enough and customer service matters in every industry, including apps and platforms like this one.

I really do not have any complaints since the product has been well received overall. The only thing that could use some attention is the logo cause it feels outdated and lacks appeal.
