Pros
Handling paperwork for employees in different states has been much better with It. Whenever I need someone to sign or certify a document, this is far more professional and legible than printing, signing and scanning everything back in. It helps us capture a clear signature every time and being able to send documents outside our organization for signatures is also a big advantage.
Cons
I don't really see any features that need improvement. I'm planning to try the multiple signatures option next and that sounds interesting.

The pandemic really changed how we handle document control and It has been a reliable way to keep business processes organized. It feels secure and the digital signature trail adds an important layer of accountability which helps make agreements legally valid.
Cons
Setting up document templates can be somewhat complicated. When changes are needed often, the same template has to be uploaded multiple times because there isn't a way to edit the template directly on the platform. That may be intentional for security reasons but it still takes extra time.

Being able to send and receive documents especially important signatures, is what I value most in the app. It really helps with day-to-day tasks and makes routine work much more practical.
Cons
At times some documents can cause the phone to freeze and the app ends up closing although that may be something specific to certain devices being used.

Getting signatures through It takes almost no time compared with handling everything without it. The platform is very user-friendly and I also feel better about the security because it keeps an audit trail with email details and IP addresses.
Cons
One issue I run into fairly often is with secured PDFs. I have to print them to PDF first to create a new unsecured version before I can start the It process. It would be much better if It could take care of that step automatically. For instance, when requesting signatures on a secured PDF, it would help to have an option to save a new unsecured copy that can be used for electronic signatures.

Whether I'm at my desk or using another device it works consistently and lets me pull up documents from anywhere. It keeps backup copies just in case and if there's ever an issue, I can retrieve something I already sent without much trouble. It also stores plenty of records overall which takes some of the burden off the administrator. Also, I'm able to track useful details like who has signed already and whether a recipient has opened the document yet.
Cons
At times it can be confusing to use especially for things like adding or deleting an extra line. For the price, customer support really should be quicker. I was frustrated that the only option was to submit an email ticket and then wait until they responded whenever it suited them. In most business situations, if something goes wrong, you need help immediately. Document signing usually involves important matters so delays are a big deal. That part was honestly disappointing and surprising. This is not an area where I'd want customer service to be lacking. I also think the terms and conditions could have been presented more clearly, with the key points highlighted better.

Being able to digitize all our documents and keep them stored securely has been a big plus. We've been using It for quite a while now and it's been very simple and hassle-free. I can sign documents from anywhere without needing to go into the office just to approve paperwork. It's an excellent service for handling digital transactions with clients and organizations without leaving my desk. The platform is simple, reliable and has made my work much easier overall. Everything is backed up online which gives me confidence in the information being shared. When I send a copy to a client, I just place the signature fields and the software takes care of the rest. Also, it's user-friendly and has a clean design.
Cons
I'd still like to see a few more integrations added especially better compatibility with more file types. It would also help to have more options for signature styling, like additional handwriting fonts or the ability to draw my signature more precisely. Aside from that, It has gone beyond what I expected and I'm very satisfied with it. The only real difficulty came from a small number of clients who still wanted paper copies of agreements because they didn't trust digital transactions but I didn't have any actual problems with how the software itself worked.

Using it has been a really positive experience because the platform is so simple to navigate. It feels like one of the most user-friendly document apps available. Filling out forms is very simple which matters a lot when you deal with documents often. Sending paperwork out for signatures is just as simple and the person on the other end can usually use it without any trouble as well. The signature process is clear and most documents end up with a readable, authentic-looking signature which is something I really value.
Cons
I've had a very good experience with It overall. There is a free version and free trial available which is nice. Of course, everyone would prefer everything to be free but this is one of those tools that feels worth paying for if you're able to.

Found this tool to be very user friendly for me. The integration with Procore works really well and the whole process feels smooth. When I log into my account, I can quickly see which envelopes are waiting for my signature and it's also simple to resend them when needed.
Cons
