Navigating the UI has been very simple and our team hasn't run into communication problems caused by lost or misplaced contracts. Having everything stored online in one convenient place also saves us a lot of time.

Pros

Uploading documents for signature is really simple and placing each initial and signature field with drag and drop is simple to manage. It also lets you send reminder notifications so people actually get the forms signed and I really appreciate being able to customize everything with my own branding and colors.

Cons

The only downside that comes to mind is when a form needs signatures from multiple people and one person has already completed their part but then a change needs to be made. In that case, you have to void the whole document and redo it from the beginning. I wish there were a way to update the form and just have that signer complete their section again instead of canceling everything and starting over.

There really is not anything I would change. It feels like a complete solution that simplifies the entire process of creating, sharing and managing documents. Its user-friendly interface, flexible features and secure infrastructure make it exactly the right fit for my document management needs.

Whether I'm in the office or somewhere else, It lets me send documents right away as long as I have a browser. Having all completed and signed paperwork stored in one place is really convenient. It's been the perfect tool for collaborating with teammates both nearby and remotely. During COVID, it became especially important because it gave me a way to send documents for signature that we would normally handle face to face. That kept business moving forward and now it's a regular part of how we work every day.

Cons

One thing I really didn't appreciate was being charged on my credit card immediately which was frustrating. At the beginning, I also got impatient and ended up wasting time trying to work out how to add a real signature.
