“Saves time”

Pros

Handling contracts and other documents electronically with It has been a big time-saver for me. I can send files out and sign them whenever I need to, from virtually anywhere which makes the whole process much more convenient. It also offers a range of products, including eSignature, Contract Lifecycle Management, Agreement Cloud and Gen for Salesforce. It works well across many use cases, from sales contracts to real estate agreements. The platform comes with a strong set of features like document templates, custom branding and audit trails which help keep documents organized and secure. Overall, It feels secure, user-friendly and efficient for electronic signatures and document management. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to manage signatures and documents online. It is affordable and can save a lot of time.

There is not much I dislike about it but I can point to two areas where it could improve. Even though it includes a lot of features, it may still fall short for businesses that have more advanced or specialized requirements so adding deeper capabilities would make it more suitable for those users. Another issue is that It can sometimes run into compatibility problems with certain browsers or mobile devices which can make it harder for some people to use the platform effectively.

I really appreciate how well it works with the documents we already use. Its signature features are also backed by strong regulatory compliance which gives us a real sense of security and confidence when handling business agreements.

A frustrating part is that if someone has used It to apply to multiple companies and then forgets their password, there's not much support available on our side. They have to reach out to It directly and that process is honestly a nightmare.

Document storage feature is available but it mattered less to us because we already had a document management system in place. That said having built-in storage would still be a valuable option for users who do not already have an established system.

Adding multiple signers to a contract is really simple and the tracking feature is one of the things I appreciate most. It lets me see exactly where the document is in the signing process and makes it convenient to send reminders to signers as needed.

One thing I don't care for is not being able to review the document before entering the email addresses for signatures. It ends up taking extra time because I have to close everything out, open it separately and then go back in again.

Everything is handled electronically so there's no need to deal with hard copies which is a big plus. Another thing that works really well is how clear and understandable the features are.
