Getting documents signed is much more practical with this tool. It's simple to use yet it does the job really well when it comes to collecting different documents and completing valid signatures efficiently. It also lets you approve different files so they can be signed securely. One feature that really helps in daily work is the reminders and notifications since they make it much easier to stay on top of contract and document signing tasks without much effort.

“Signature controls we can trust”
Pros
One thing that really works well is being able to decide, document by document, who has signature authority and who can access or read each file. The signature creation feature is also a big plus because it lets my team stick to one standard signature style. If something comes through signed in a different format than our company standard, it immediately raises a red flag. Keeping signatures consistent makes it much easier to spot a forgery and with e-signatures that kind of authenticity check is especially important.
Cons
There's very little to complain about. It's very user-friendly, simple to work with and flexible enough to adapt to our needs.

A lot of steps have been cut out of our workflow. We used to edit a Word document, send it through It for contracts and then create and send an invoice from QuickBooks.
Cons

The interface is really well designed for adding all kinds of fields like text, date, signature, radio buttons and more before sending documents out for users to complete and eSign. It also handles multiple signers nicely, lets you set a signing order and keeps the signed documents stored securely.
Cons
It does support rules and logic scripts for building custom requirements across different fields which is useful. That said the scripting experience and built-in suggestions could be improved to save time and make things more convenient for developers.

Being able to sign and send documents from anywhere is what I appreciated most about It. It's very convenient to use and the whole process is quick and secure without having to print, scan or mail anything.
Cons
Cost tool compared with other e-signature tools on the market. Also some advanced options like custom branding and templates are locked behind higher-tier plans which can be limiting for individuals or small businesses trying to stay within budget.

At our office, this works well for handling digital signatures on-site. It also helps keep documents organized in one application which is really convenient. Another big plus is that it simplifies the onboarding process for new employees in the company.
Cons

Pros
Using this tool for contract signatures has been a very positive experience. It's simple to work with and the whole signing process feels fluid and secure. We use it regularly and we consistently get the signed copy back while everyone involved receives their version as well.
Cons
The one area where I think it could improve is document and folder organization especially by giving users more flexibility to personalize that structure. It would also be a valuable addition if sub-accounts could be created.

It fits into our daily workflow really well and feels very simple to use. Getting it integrated and rolled out across the company was surprisingly simple which mattered a lot since we handle a high volume of contract signing. The signature sharing and authentication features are especially important for us and both work reliably.
Cons
There isn't much that needs improvement but the interface could be better. If someone is completely new to the platform, the user interface can feel a little intimidating at first.

The platform also keeps signed documents secure and protected without third-party access which gives a lot of confidence when handling important files. The option to collect and validate signatures from multiple clients is especially useful when creating new contracts. Another big plus is that contracts can be stored on servers for future verification whenever needed.
Cons
Its premium plan is quite expensive and the interface can feel a bit hard to navigate because of its complexity and the extra features included. The recipient authentication process is also more complicated than it should be and comes with an added cost. Also, there are cheaper alternatives available in the market.

Cons
There are quite a few steps in the process and I would rather have something more click-and-done. I had to go back and forth too many times between drafting, signing and accepting. The document signing feature also felt a bit expensive and I ended up finding a cheaper option.

The digital signature feature has been the biggest highlight for me. It adds a strong layer of security by sending an OTP every time a document needs to be signed which makes the whole process feel very safe and reliable.

It's signer verification stood out to me because it goes well beyond the standard approach of just clicking a link in an email.
