“made signing without printing easier”
Pros
Getting a document to sign through It feels really convenient. When an email comes in asking me to sign or review something, I can open it by entering the security code included at the bottom of the notification email. I just scroll down, copy the code and enter it to access the document. It makes the whole process much more practical and there's no need to print emails anymore.
Cons
The pricing sits somewhere in the middle, not exactly cheap but not overly expensive either. Even so, it's something worth paying for because it's necessary to have.

“Impressive document digitization”
Pros
Its interface does a really good job of letting us add different data fields, including signatures so contract documents and document management can be fully digitized. The app also makes it simple to store signed documents and it's helpful that custom logic can be added whenever specific fields require it.
Cons
This software has clearly been built very well for digitizing documents. That said it would be even better if a few more functional features were added to the It page before sending out a document.

“fast multiparty signing”
Pros
I liked the multiparty signature feature... its incredibly useful because I can gather signatures from clients even when they're all in different places. In less than five minutes, I'm able to get important business documents signed and stored.
Cons
A few of our older clients struggled a bit the first time they used the software but they picked it up quickly since the process is simple to follow.

“friendly UI and automatic certificates”
Pros
The interface is quite user-friendly.. so even teams that have not introduced the service yet can handle contract-related work without much effort. Another big plus is that completion certificates are generated automatically which means there is no need to prepare them separately and inspection documents can be stored properly.
Cons
I do not have any major complaints at this point. If I had to mention an ideal improvement, it would be helpful to manage contract revisions and legal checks directly within It and also be able to edit, review and comment on uploaded documents within the service itself.

“LMS customizations are good”
Pros
The platform comes with a polished, pre-built LMS setup and offers excellent support for JavaScript and HTML-savvy customization. The drag-and-drop option is also a nice touch and the GUI/UI design feels visually striking and engaging.

“digital signatures that speed everything up”
Pros
If your company is still sending contracts as PDFs to be signed, you really should give It a try. At first, we were a little hesitant to change the way we worked but once we started using it, it became clear how much faster it is to get clients to sign contracts than we expected. It also removes the need to print and scan documents thanks to digital signatures. Definitely recommended.
Cons
I would like to have more autonomy in managing reminder emails for clients when a contract is not signed within certain deadlines but aside from that, it is an excellent service.

“lifeline for remote signatures”
Pros
During the pandemic, It became essential for keeping our patient services going. It made it possible to get signatures on critical documents, contracts and other paperwork from clients which meant care could continue without interruption. It also gave us, as clinicians, a way to sign the forms required to provide mental health services especially at a time when that support was urgently needed.
Cons
Looking back, I wish I had taken advantage of more of the platform's features because I mainly focused on the signature function. Better promotion or guidance around the additional tools available would have helped me understand everything the software could do.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Handling documents is much quicker with It because it organizes the entire signing process and saves a lot of time. There's no need to print, sign, scan and mail paperwork anymore which used to be both tedious and slow. Everything can be signed electronically so it cuts down the effort involved and helps move documents along much faster. That makes it especially valuable for businesses that need to deal with a high volume of paperwork in a short time. Another big plus is the interface. It is designed in a way that feels user-friendly and simple to navigate. The dashboard includes the tools needed to upload files, place signature, initial and text fields and send documents out to the right people for signing. It also lets you set automatic reminders for anyone who hasn't completed their part yet which helps keep the process on track. The layout is simple and adaptable enough that even people who aren't very comfortable with technology can still use it without much trouble.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. It isn't really a free service and that can make it expensive for individuals or small businesses. Its pricing depends on the subscription plan you choose. There is a basic free option but the features are limited, while the paid tiers include extras like software integrations, branding customization and bulk sending. Those added capabilities are useful but the paid plans can become pricey especially for companies that need access for multiple users. Because of that, the cost may be a drawback for anyone working within a tighter budget or simply not wanting to pay that much for the service. Another issue is that there can still be a bit of a learning curve. Even though the platform is generally user-friendly, new users may need some time before they fully understand how to use it well. At first, the interface can feel a little overwhelming and it may take a while to figure out the best way to use all the features. Some tasks, such as setting up signatures, initials or text fields, require extra steps which can feel time-consuming. Users may also need to spend time learning the system properly in order to work efficiently and avoid mistakes during the signing process.

“trusted signer verification”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is its ability to verify the signer of a digital document which adds an extra layer of security and helps preserve the document's integrity.
Cons
Only issue we've had with this app is that it isn't free. Other than that, everything has been working perfectly fine.

“good for everyone”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about It is how secure it feels. It uses advanced encryption and authentication methods to keep documents protected and reduce the risk of any information being exposed. It also keeps a full record of every action taken which makes it much easier to track what happens with each document.
Cons
Using it I ran into a few downsides that weren't quite as good. To start with, the subscription price feels a bit high compared with other similar tools. Also even though the platform is user-friendly, getting familiar with all of its features at the beginning can still take some time. Lastly, while the security is excellent, it can become inconvenient when there's no internet access or if technical issues come up. Even with those minor drawbacks, It is still a very useful tool for handling electronic documents in a fast, secure and efficient way.

Pros
It has been an excellent electronic signature platform to use. It's quick, simple to navigate and making templates to share with coworkers is simple. Documents can be signed immediately which helps speed up turnaround times for important paperwork.

“I liked it”
Pros
Before using It, getting an affiliate contract signed took way too many steps. A vendor had to email it over, I would sign it, scan it into a document, send it back and then wait again for the fully signed copy to come back. It has cut out most of that repetitive back-and-forth and made the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
At the beginning, it was a little confusing to tell exactly where I was in the process but once I got used to it, that stopped being an issue.

“Good results”
Pros
After using It, I'd definitely recommend it. Uploading and integrating documents into the platform is very simple which is crucial for deals that require signatures to move forward. The signing experience for customers is excellent too since everything is clear and there's no confusion about what needs to be done. One feature that has been especially valuable is the comment section on each document. It really helps when waiting on contracts or paperwork to come back from clients cause we can quickly see who has questions, comments or feedback. That makes it much faster to spot issues and respond to them. Overall, It has been a dependable and simple solution for handling signatures and I'd gladly suggest it to anyone who needs that kind of platform.
Cons
My only real complaint with It is that the 30-day free trial doesn't give access to every feature. It would be much better if users could test the tools included in the paid plans during that trial period. That said the $10 per month option is still a reasonable choice for anyone who is trying to decide whether those extra features are worth it. Also, there are many free tutorials available which makes it easier for users to learn the platform, get more value from it and figure out whether upgrading to a paid plan makes sense for their needs.

“paperless signing win”
Pros
Having this in place has been really helpful for both our team and our customers because it's simple to use on both sides. It cut down on the amount of paper we were using in the office and made things much more accessible for customers who couldn't come in person to sign documents.
Cons
Getting started took a little time especially when it came to building forms since there was a small learning curve at first. Once we understood how everything worked though, we were able to create forms in ten minutes or less.
