Also, I can quickly see where each document is in the process, who still needs to sign and pull up completed documents from the past whenever I need them.

There are also legal compliance concerns since data stored in a third-party public cloud can prevent some customers from using the application. I'd also like a better way to customize my signature. Also, the system seems to delete documents after a certain period and it would be much better to be able to go back and recover them without any time limit.

Uploading documents is simple and placing signatures, initials, electronic signature stamps and similar fields exactly where needed is very convenient. Creating templates for documents you use often is also quick and it's just as easy to pull up past documents whenever you need them.

I really didn't run into any issues with the software at all. It worked perfectly for what I needed. The only reason we stopped using it was because electronic signatures ended up being included in a bundle with another software package we bought.
