“easy to use”

Pros

Since we started using it, it has been a very simple program to operate and implement without causing any kind of problem for those of us who use it.

Cons

I have no negative aspects to point out because it fulfills everything its developers promise and furthermore, the support we've received has been excellent.

Pros

Getting signatures through it is very simple. It's simple to scan and send a document for signing and the response is quick to verify which helps close things much faster.

Cons

One downside is that the signature collected digitally may not look as accurate as a handwritten, non-digital signature.

It keeps the whole agreement process really simple for clients by clearly showing exactly what needs attention in the document and letting them jump quickly between each required step.

Really do not have any complaints. It has easily been the best and most commonly used provider I have come across.

Pros

Being able to go back and check the documents I've signed whenever I want is the biggest reason I'd choose It over the traditional paper-based method.

Cons

At times, I feel like I don't pay as much attention as I should to what I'm signing but that's not really an issue with It itself.. it's more a general concern with electronic signatures.

Pros

It has made the whole paperwork process so much faster. Something that used to take days or even weeks of sending documents back and forth now gets finished in just a few minutes. It's very simple to use even for clients who aren't very comfortable with computers.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about it. I've been very happy with the software and can't point to anything I genuinely dislike. The only thing that might be nice down the road is a Salesforce integration although that could just be something my current version doesn't include yet.

Even though It offers a lot of features, it may not be the best fit for more complex workflows that require frequent back-and-forth communication. Sending signed NDAs is really convenient and it makes it simple for people to sign and return them or request changes without much hassle.

Getting started takes a bit of time because there's an initial learning curve and the interface could be more simpler for first-time users.

Using it has been really impressive because it's incredibly convenient. I can sign documents electronically anytime, anywhere and on any device which makes handling paperwork much simpler without needing physical copies or face-to-face meetings.

Even though It is user-friendly, it still takes a bit of time to get familiar with all of the platform's features and functionality.

There is also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning particularly for anyone who has not used e-signature or document management platforms before. Although the templates can be customized, the platform may still feel limiting for users who need highly complex workflows or more advanced configuration options. It also depends heavily on having a stable internet connection so any connectivity issues can lead to delays or interruptions when accessing or signing documents. It eSignature fills a key gap in the online approval process. It helps move agreements forward much faster between two or more parties by removing a lot of the manual work and it also connects well with different tools and systems. Its use of encryption keys and thorough identity verification shows that signature authenticity and document integrity are treated as top priorities. Because of that, hacking documents, stealing them or forging electronic signatures becomes extremely difficult.

Cons

That said no DocuSign solution can promise zero risk. With technology constantly evolving, security remains an ongoing challenge. In many identity theft cases, the real issue starts when someone loses a smartphone or laptop and that can leave the person exposed to serious misuse, including personal or business documents being signed without their consent.

Right from the start, It changed my impression completely. I expected it to be difficult to navigate and use but once I started working with it, it turned out to be very simple. The integration is top notch, it's hassle-free, helps save money, supports resource management well and above all, it's very customer friendly.

Cons

I can't point to any feature I like the least, as the tool has worked really well for my organization.

“overpriced with poor support”

Nothing positive comes to mind. I paid for the annual subscription but they charged me for the monthly plan instead and they still refuse to refund the correct amount.

Cons

The pricing is way too high, the customer service is poor and the fees feel excessive. It works well for sending documents out for signature but it is completely overpriced for what we need. We only send one-page documents to clients for signing and they want to charge $100 per person and there are two of us. Then they raised the price again simply because they could. The support team has been terrible and the whole experience has been awful. The product itself is decent but it is definitely not worth $120 especially when you are still limited in how many documents you can send each month.

It stood out to me because it offers a lot of features that are genuinely useful. It's very convenient and user-friendly and it saves a lot of time so I can focus on other tasks. I also appreciate how well it integrates with different software and platforms. Once you put in a little effort to set everything up and send it to the recipient, the process is basically ready to go and everything looks clean and organized. It's also a big plus that I can access it from my mobile device.

Cons

There's nothing major I can point to. My concern isn't specifically about It alone but with similar software in general, it's hard to fully assure or guarantee confidentiality and how protected the information really is. I'd also like to see the tagging feature improved so it's much simpler to use.

It has been a really pleasant surprise because the electronic signature process is fast and convenient. I don't have to travel or go anywhere just to sign paperwork anymore which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

It does have occasional bugs though. I've also run into difficulties when a client from another country needs to sign, for example, I had this issue with a client in the USA.

From drafting documents and creating contracts all the way to the final agreement, the whole application feels very user friendly. The workflow is smooth for both the business and the client and the entire process comes together really well.

Cons

An issue that does come up occasionally is the signature timestamp being incorrect. When you're managing a lot of contracts especially the ones where the signing order and timing matter, missing or inaccurate timestamps can become a serious problem.
