“faster onboarding with docusign”
Pros
Before we started using it, our company used to send proposals and contracts to clients as PDF attachments by email. That made the onboarding process for new customers much slower. Since switching to It, we've clearly seen confirmation times for proposals and contracts sent to our clients drop significan'tly. Also, we managed to purchase the software through an online deal at a very competitive price for the value of the service provided. Definitely recommended.
Cons
A few features could be a bit more user-friendly but other than that I really don't have anything negative to point out.

Pros
Signing documents with this is really simple. It clearly shows where I need to sign, saves my initials and signature and makes it simple to move from one document to the next.
Cons
Nothing to complain about. I've used It for two different real estate transactions and haven't run into any issues.

Pros
Sending documents securely and authenticating signatures with this software feels incredibly user-friendly. Out of everything I've used, this has been the best experience by far.
Cons
I can see why larger companies would find the higher price worth it but for a small business like mine, it's just too expensive.

Pros
Being able to collect multiple signatures has been one of my favorite parts of using it. I also appreciate having the choice to use It for storage while still keeping my own separate cloud storage setup.
Cons
The data management and contract management features have been the ones we use the least but that is not because they do not work well. It is mainly due to our company's internal storage policies.

“reliable templates for e-signatures”
Pros
After about four years of using it, our team has run into virtually no issues. It's reliable, simple to work with and we'd absolutely recommend it to any company that sends documents in bulk for e-signatures. Being able to build custom templates has also been really useful for our everyday document needs.
Cons
The only downside is that even though the setup process is simple, adding signature fields across documents with 20 to 30 placeholders can sometimes feel tedious.

Using it is very simple and being able to sign documents from a mobile device as well is a huge plus.

Pros
Getting this product up and running was simple. It comes with plenty of drag-and-drop options for uploading contracts and other documents and the drag-and-drop signature fields make preparing files to send out for digital signing quick and hassle-free.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. It handles everything I need it to do. There's a newer template feature I still need to spend some time learning and I'm sure it's useful but it may take a bit to get set up.

Pros
Everything from multi-party signatures to workflows and mail merges works together really well without feeling disconnected. Since we're a legal services company, it's especially valuable that the court system accepts contracts signed through It as legally valid and able to be entered into the record.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost if you rely on it heavily. Pricing can get expensive fast and the tier options are not very flexible when a small business is trying to find a reasonable middle ground for sending contracts regularly.

Pros
Once the settings are finally configured the way you need them, the signature capture works well enough. That part became usable but it was never really explained to me upfront and did not come up until I had already had the product for more than a month.
Cons
Took time for us to get trained on how to use the system. It was about a month before anything meaningful got started so that first month of potential use was basically lost which also makes it a cost problem. Even during the initial onboarding, the specific needs I had were not actually addressed until a second training session. I had already emailed in advance asking for guidance on where to begin but instead of getting direct help, I was pointed to a very general set of checkout steps and multiple long course resources to dig through on my own. Overall, the slow and poorly handled education process left a bad impression.

Being able to sign documents remotely even from a phone, really stood out to us. The tracking and signature verification features were also very impressive and added a lot of confidence to the whole process.

This tool saves a lot of time we used to spend on getting documents signed and shared. It lets users create, send and sign paperwork quickly which cuts out printing, scanning and mailing altogether. The platform also includes useful tools like automated reminders, notifications and tracking so keeping up with documents and deadlines is much more manageable. Another big advantage is that it offers a secure and legally binding way to sign which helps ensure signatures are valid and enforceable. Also, It connects with plenty of other tools, including Google Drive, Salesforce and Dropbox so it fits well into an existing workflow. The mobile app and offline access also make it convenient to review and sign documents from practically anywhere.
Cons
Pricing is one of the bigger downsides of it. The plans can feel expensive especially for individuals or smaller businesses. The platform can also be a little difficult to navigate at first and learning how to use all of the features may take some time. Some users may still question the legality of e-signatures compared with traditional handwritten ones. The signer authentication process can also feel a bit tedious since it involves multiple steps which may be frustrating. Another drawback is the lack of offline support for people who need to sign documents when they do not have an internet connection.

Pros
Sending onboarding paperwork, tax forms and client intake documents is much more convenient with this software. It's very user-friendly and people can sign and return forms fast without a lot of back and forth. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to draw my signature once and have it saved for future use.
Cons
On mobile, the app could do a better job recognizing the lines and boxes where information is supposed to go. Right now, having to make your own text box and then drag it into the correct spot takes extra time and can feel a bit tedious.
