And by cutting down on printing, mailing and faxing, it can also reduce costs for organizations.

That said there are a couple of downsides worth keeping in mind. Since digital signatures depend on technology and a stable internet connection, any technical problem can interrupt or delay the signing process. Another limitation is that some businesses or individuals still prefer handwritten signatures so adoption of digital signing may not be universal in every situation.

What I'd really like to see is it built directly into Word, Google Docs and Adobe PDFs instead of working as a separate third-party tool.

Everything in the system is simple to use and understand. Adding tokens is simple and it's very convenient to mark exactly where the other party needs to sign.

I haven't run into any issues with the system at all and the fact that it works well on mobile makes it even better.

Using this digital signature tool has been a really nice experience. It makes it possible to sign and send documents conveniently even directly from a phone which is incredibly useful.

Personally, I haven't run into any problems but one limitation is that the retention period for signed records seems to be restricted for some reason.

Having a free option with all the core features needed for exchanging contracts is a big plus. It also offers additional tools if you want them but you're not pushed into paying for things you don't actually use.

There really isn't much I dislike about It. If anything, it might be interesting if they added a video conferencing feature.

Looking for a document can take a while when 4-6 other people are involved since the search only lets you check one person at a time.
