Getting everything up and running went really well. Managing permission groups was very simple and the ability to accept digital signatures has been incredibly valuable. It made that whole process much simpler for us.

I don't have anything negative to say about the product. Both our team and our customers have been very pleased with it.

Pros

It completely changed how we handle paperwork. Signatures that used to require mailing forms out and waiting for them to come back can now be completed in just minutes. Even our older clients have been able to sign without much trouble.

There really are no major downsides. Setting up forms can feel a bit tricky at first but once you understand the process, it becomes very simple. I've also had a few clients fail identity verification although that isn't really a problem caused by the software itself.

Being able to sign documents remotely from anywhere and at any time has been a huge plus for us. The fact that it works on any platform or device, whether it's a tablet, computer or mobile phone, makes everything much more convenient. Also, another big advantage of It is how simple it is to use.

I honestly haven't come across any real downside. It may seem a little expensive at first but in the end it can also help you save money.

Getting started with it was very simple. In the beginning, we mainly used it to collect digital signatures from clients on contracts.

Cons

Setting up a template took some figuring out at first especially with merge fields. It didn't take very long to get everything in place but the setup wasn't very flexible initially. Once we saw how it appeared for clients on their side, using it became a regular part of our routine.

Having everything set up around individual convenience is a big plus especially being able to save a signature and reuse it instead of creating it again every time. That makes the signing process much more convenient. It also helps when a client needs something signed using their own signature since they can send it through It and the document can be signed on their behalf without much hassle.

Cons

The Android version still needs work because the interface does not seem properly optimized. The navigation bar tends to malfunction and signatures can end up overlapping each other while using it.

One of the best parts of this software is how quickly I can sign and send back documents like work contracts. It makes the whole process really fast and convenient.

A downside is that while the program is helpful and simple to use, it does have limits. After you go through a certain number of free uses on your account, you get pushed to upgrade if you want to keep doing more with It which is pretty frustrating.

Getting started with it feels very simple and the overall interface is simple to use. The audit trail gives clear visibility into every action which adds a lot of transparency. Notifications are helpful and keep things moving, the templates save time and the mobile app makes it convenient to stay on top of tasks from anywhere.

Cons

Pricing is one area that could be better. API integration also has room for improvement and could be more refined.

Using Docusing has made my day-to-day work much more manageable and the thing I appreciate most is how simple it is to use.

The downside is that it is not a completely free app although the price is not very high and is affordable for most companies. It also offers a free trial.

It was simple to get this up and running and using it day to day doesn't take much effort. It adapts well to different needs, the training process is simple and from a compliance support standpoint it has been a real game changer.

There really isn't much to complain about. If I had to point to one downside, the user setup and authentication process can feel a little tiring at times.

Getting this into our existing product was pretty simple and it sends review and signing notifications to the right people without hassle. The biggest advantage is that users can sign from anywhere on any device, whether that's through the mobile app or on a desktop. It also walks reviewers through the process step by step, showing exactly where they need to sign and giving feedback if they've missed a page or signature.

Cons

The built-in templates feel quite generic and don't really cover more complex use cases so some manual work is still needed. Another challenge is that if our product misses an API callback, replaying it is very difficult.

Having all the documents people have signed collected in one place is probably the best part of this software. It makes everything much easier to track and review without jumping around.

Cons

Only issue I've noticed is that once in a while, when someone tries to sign a document, it doesn't appear on the user's side right away. It doesn't happen often but it does come up from time to time.

I really don't have any complaints about It. If anything, the only downside is that more businesses and institutions still aren't using it.

Pros

Turning a document into a signable contract only takes seconds which is easily one of my favorite parts of It. The automatic storage is another big plus and the editor is very user-friendly. After that, I can send the document to each party in the exact signing order I need and once everything is finished, it stays stored in the It account so anyone involved can go back, review it and reference it later.

Cons

For the way I use It, it fits my business perfectly. I was actually introduced to it by larger companies that were already using it which gave me confidence in the platform. That also makes me comfortable saying that even though I run a smaller freelance business, it's still incredibly useful and convenient and clearly works just as well for much bigger companies too.
