Getting started with it was very simple and the free trial made it easy to explore before committing. I also really appreciate that I can use it on any device which makes it very convenient.

Cons

It is a little on the expensive side but the benefits definitely outweigh that downside.

Signing documents happens very quickly with this software, without needing to travel or be there in person. It's practical to use, very secure for protecting confidential data and helps preserve the privacy of shared information. It also saves both time and money and the integration with other tools is a real advantage.

Cons

Some It features can be complicated to understand for less experienced users. It also depends heavily on technology which means you really need a stable and reliable internet connection.

The forms are highly adaptable and simple to work with. It lets us send documents to clients and investors quickly, securely and in a way that feels very user-friendly. Clients and investors already have confidence in the platform and using it feels essential for practicing law in 2023. It also works really well with our Closing Folders platform which makes closing business transactions much more efficient. It is absolutely a must-have for solicitors.

One improvement I'd love to see is a feature that automatically adds client addresses.

When it comes to electronic signatures, It is still the name most people know and trust. Clients instantly recognize it which helps a lot and the platform comes with a very broad set of features. It's also simple to work with and connects nicely with other tools like Zapier and Make.com.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost. It is already pricey and several of the features I actually need are locked behind higher-tier plans. Choosing monthly billing instead of annual bumps the price up by around 80% which is incredibly steep. Also, embedded signing and API access require the Enterprise plan so for many small businesses it ends up being far too expensive to realistically consider.

Using it has been a very positive experience because the platform is flexible and simple to navigate. Uploading documents, placing signing fields, adding authentication and sending files out for secure signatures all feel simple. I also appreciate being able to personalize documents with branding, fonts and colors so they match our identity. The signing workflow is smooth and secure and recipients can sign electronically without needing to print or scan anything. Also, the tracking tools, reminders, notifications and status updates help keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the process. Overall, It is an excellent option for handling digital document signatures.

Pros

Being able to sign documents anytime and from anywhere has been really valuable for my work. It cuts down a lot on paperwork and I no longer have to print and scan documents all the time. Whenever an issue comes up, customer service is quick to respond and they always manage to sort it out. I'm very happy with this software and definitely a satisfied user.

Cons

The only downside is that people who aren't very comfortable with technology may find the document-signing process a bit complicated especially since the instructions can be somewhat hard to follow.

Handling signatures digitally with It cuts out the hassle of printing, scanning and chasing physical paperwork. It lets you sign, send and manage documents online which makes the approval cycle much quicker and helps keep projects moving without unnecessary delays.

Cost can feel fairly high depending on which plan you go with especially when you compare it to other eSignature tools. There's also a bit of a learning curve and people with limited technical experience or little background in digital document management may find the platform somewhat complicated to navigate.
