It is easily the most user-friendly digital signature tool I've come across. I'm self-employed as an event planner, brand ambassador and more and I've been using It regularly for years. It's always quick, simple and the mobile interface looks polished and pleasant to use.

It really helped a lot during the COVID-19 pandemic over the last three years since I could handle document signing from my own place no matter where I was.

At this point, I haven't run into any issues since this is my first time using the tool. I previously used Google Docs and compared to that, It works better for my specific use cases.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it does it really well. It's widely recognized and accepted across the globe which makes getting a signature from a colleague on the other side of the world incredibly convenient. Most of our third-party suppliers also accept digital signatures so the positive effect on our workflow has been huge.

Cons

I'd still like to see more user-level customization that doesn't depend so heavily on access tiers controlling what users can and can't do. Some people would benefit from having their own personal templates even if those templates are only useful to them so that kind of functionality should be available at the individual user level.

There really isn't much to complain about. It does exactly what it promises and feels pretty flexible in the way it works. The only thing I'd like to see is fully signed documents automatically sent straight into our document management system although that feature may already exist and I just may not know how to set it up yet.

One limitation is that identity verification relies only on the signer's email address. Another frustration is the address book. If someone enters the wrong name or email for a signer, there is no way to correct that contact directly. Instead, you have to create a duplicate contact which makes things confusing when you are later trying to search for the right person.

Its simplicity and wide range of features make it very practical to use. Another big advantage is that signers don't need to have a It account in order to sign. The templates for recurring documents save a lot of time and make the workflow much easier and the bulk sending option is also incredibly useful.

Cons

The downside, in my opinion, is that to access all of its features you need to pay for the highest-tier plan which tends to be expensive. Even so, considering everything it offers, it still ends up being worth the investment.
