Pros

Switching from paper-based contract handling to this software has made a big difference for us on the IT side. The interface is user-friendly so signing, sending and managing documents electronically is much simpler and saves us a lot of time and effort. It is especially helpful for remote employees since they can send and sign documents from anywhere, on any device, at any time. Another major advantage is the strong security and compliance with industry standards which gives us confidence that sensitive documents stay protected. The tracking and reporting tools are also very useful because they provide clear insight into contract status and give us better visibility and control over the overall document management process.

Cons

There are a few downsides with It that take away from the overall experience. One issue is the cost since it is fairly expensive compared with similar products and may be too pricey for smaller businesses. Also, getting comfortable with the system can take time and learning to navigate everything is not always simple for new users. That can lead to frustration and a longer learning curve than expected. I have also run into technical problems from time to time, including occasional bugs and slow loading speeds and those interruptions can affect productivity and disrupt work.

Signing any document with this software is really simple. It's very simple to use, the pricing is good and I'd definitely recommend it 100%.

I've been using It for a long time and there really haven't been any major issues. The only downside I've noticed is that its customer support and service offerings feel a bit limited.

Right away, the biggest win has been how simple the platform is to use, not just for our team but especially for our customers. It's flexible enough to adapt as our business changes and even clients who aren't very comfortable with technology can still use it without trouble. The customizable templates have been really valuable because they let us keep up with an expanding range of services. Also, the email alerts have become a key part of our internal workflow, automatically passing tasks along to the right team members at the right time.

There are several signature choices available in the software, including graphical and scanned signatures. It also offers different fonts that can be used to create a personalized signature. Another useful part is that it can be integrated with ERM software which helps send signature requests to all relevant parties while RFQs are being shared.

Cons

An issue comes up when a document needs to be signed using a graphical signature. At times, the software does not capture the graphical signature and gives no response at all. In some cases, I have to repeat the process 3 to 4 times before the graphical signature is finally applied to the document.

It has worked flawlessly for me and gives a real sense of confidence when sending documents. The learning curve is very small and the service is simple to use.

The downside is that it feels a bit expensive compared to other options. If you only use it occasionally, the pricing may not feel like the best value.

At my company, we use it to collect digital signatures from clients and vendors on all kinds of documents, from treatment agreements to partnerships with other facilities and plenty of other paperwork. The best part for me is how simple it is to use and being able to get signatures remotely has been a total game-changer for our workflow. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Only things I'd improve are the storage management which could be better and the pricing which could be a bit lower. Aside from that, it's definitely worth it.

Across my company, this has been a strong option for online signatures and we use it for all kinds of tasks, from contracts and document signing to IRS-related paperwork. One thing that really helps is the collection of ready-to-use templates. The documents also adjust well for the user, clearly showing where signatures are needed and it's possible to send reminders before a deadline. Also, everything is handled without physical paper, it works from any device and there is always a backup copy of the documents.

The built-in templates are convenient to use but they also feel somewhat limited when you need to add extra spaces. Another downside is the customer support which is slow and hard to reach. You have to submit tickets and that ends up causing delays in my work.

I can't think of anything I dislike about it. The software is simple to use and walks you through each spot that needs a signature.

Putting contracts together and collecting digital signatures is really fast with It. The document creation and editing features are one of the best parts since I can work from both the desktop app and the mobile app. It lets you build a contract from scratch and the templates also help speed up the process when creating documents to sign. Another feature I appreciate is the real-time status tracking because I can immediately see whether a document has been signed or is still pending. It also makes follow-up easier by letting me send reminders to clients or senders when they still need to sign. Also, you can place signature fields with clear labels so customers know exactly where they need to sign.

Cons

The only real downside we have run into is that digital signatures are still not widely recognized everywhere so some clients are hesitant when we ask them to download the app in order to receive and sign a contract or document. Since the platform is not very familiar to them some clients also do not really understand how to use it properly for signing. That lack of recognition is the main negative point because it can make getting signatures from certain clients more difficult.

One area that could be better is the ability to send a draft for review by the signees before it is officially submitted for signature. It would help a lot to have a workflow where recipients could review the document, suggest changes or leave comments beforehand. Another improvement would be in template creation: there are times when multiple fields need the exact same formatting and being able to duplicate them with one click would save a lot of time. For example, if I create a custom field named Item 1, it would be ideal to hit a copy button and automatically insert Item 2 right below it.

Being able to handle signatures online with It is incredibly convenient and that is a big reason I enjoy using it. It saves a lot of time not having to print documents, sign them by hand and scan them back. I also appreciate being able to follow a document's progress and check exactly when it was signed and who signed it. Another feature that has been very useful is the option to customize the signing workflow depending on the type of document.

Cons

It feel a little confusing at times. The interface is not the most interactive and there are quite a few features that take time to fully understand. Also, the pricing setup is not always very clear so it can be difficult to tell exactly what you are being charged for.

Pros

Completely changed how we handle document creation, management and signing online especially for contracts, commercial offers and quotes. Before adopting it, our team had to send PDFs to clients, who then printed them, signed them, scanned them and sent them back. With It, all of those steps became unnecessary. We cut the time needed to get contracts and proposals signed by 85% and that has clearly made our business more efficient and profitable. I would genuinely recommend this tool.

Cons

Every now and then a few clients had trouble completing the digital signature process. Over time, we realized the issue sometimes happens when they use less common browsers. We noticed that when they switch to Chrome to sign through It, the signature goes through successfully without errors. So we've found a practical workaround whenever this comes up. Other than that, I don't have anything else to point out and overall I consider it an excellent product.
