Has been a very efficient e-signature platform for handling documents securely and quickly. The interface is simple to navigate which makes it a good fit for businesses of different sizes. It also connects well with other platforms and gives plenty of flexibility when it comes to customizing documents and managing the signing process.
Cons
There are occasional glitches from time to time and customer support can be slow to respond when help is needed. It may also not be the best option for companies that deal with a very high volume of document signing.

It is really helpful for setting up tiered approvals, adding editable fields to template-based forms and gathering input from several contributors within one envelope.
Cons
One thing that can be a bit frustrating is tracking down completed envelopes under other administrators' logins. For instance, if you're looking for an envelope for John Smith sometimes it shows up in the completed folder, other times in the sent folder and sometimes only through the search bar. It doesn't stop you from finding the envelope or exporting its contents when needed but it definitely adds extra time to the process.

Pros
Creating a new e-signature is really convenient even if you've never had one before. You can simply type your name and turn it into an e-signature so pretty much anyone can do it without any trouble.
Cons
No complaints. It was my first time using it but I was able to navigate it as if I'd used it before. It feels very simple to use.

Using this has been very reliable and the interface is simple to work with. Being able to copy and paste my signature saves me from rewriting it every single time. Sending documents out for signature by email is much faster and more dependable than mailing them to my co-workers and the automation features are helpful too.
Cons
Every now and then, sending links doesn't work but it happens very rarely.

The electronic signature workflow is well thought out, with automated invitations, an expiration time and a magic hyperlink that takes the user straight to the right place in a fun and secure way.
Cons
Signed documents in electronic format still are not recognized everywhere in the world so it would be better if the application had company representatives in different countries. Also, when you need to make a change, you have to restart the whole process again which feels tedious and honestly a bit annoying.

From account management to onboarding new hires, this software has been incredibly valuable for keeping our processes organized and moving faster. The interface is very user-friendly so even beginners can learn it quickly without much trouble. That has also been true for our clients who have never used It before.. they usually get comfortable with it in no time. Also, the company's strong reputation gives people confidence when it comes to security and privacy.
Cons
I think it should have more flexibility when it comes to editing certain templates, it would be a nice improvement. Aside from that, the service actually offers more than we currently need so there is not much else to complain about.

Having everything in one app is what makes this software so useful. The setup is simple and even people who have never used it before can still work through it without much trouble. That really helps projects move along more naturally and keeps the whole process flowing better.
Cons
One concern I still have is security. It may just be me being overly cautious but if documents were ever exposed or if I lost my phone, years of contracts could potentially be accessed. Two-factor authentication feels absolutely necessary.

I've been using It for personal use for a few years now and it does its job well. It works reliably and handles exactly what I need it to. The part that gets annoying is having to enter my login details every single time I sign in. I do appreciate that it includes 2FA but it's still frustrating that it doesn't remember my information. Another clear downside compared with competitors is the very small monthly sending limit.. only five documents. Other options may have slightly less adaptive interfaces but they often let you send unlimited documents.
Cons
After being with It for quite a while, the worst part has easily been the customer service. Getting real help is rare and the people you reach usually can't resolve the issue themselves. Most of the time, they just open a ticket and tell you someone else will get back to you later.

Cons
Using it on a mobile device can be a bit awkward to navigate. Since the documents are laid out for full sheets of paper rather than phone screens, I end up having to zoom in and out quite a bit.

Using it feels very simple and the range of features it offers is really top of the line.
Cons
This service would be even better if it included an online notary option. A bigger issue for our company is that the signature comes with a certification stamp showing it is electronic rather than a wet signature which has made some signed documents basically useless to certain creditors or banks that insist on a client's wet signature.

Cons

Pros
Signing documents with it is quick and simple. It works across pretty much every device and platform, whether it's iOS android or Windows. From the customer side, it removes the usual confusion about where to sign and how to complete the process. Every signature is digitally valid which makes it reliable for paperless workflows that require signatures on important documents such as contracts, permission forms and financial statements. Being able to sign any document from anywhere at any time also saves a lot of effort compared to arranging in-person meetings.
Cons
I haven't run into any major problems with It but one improvement I'd suggest would be adding more font choices and making the interface a bit more user-friendly with extra customization options.
