“quick signing and sending back”

Pros

Being able to sign documents and send them right back to the sender without having to look up an email address makes the whole process really convenient.

Cons

I didnt run into anything I dislike about using this software.

Pros

Signing e-documents with this was fast and effective and it made the whole process feel quick and painless. It's miles ahead of how signing used to be back in the day.

Cons

The software is definitely fast although I did run into a few minor glitches here and there. Still, there really weren't many downsides overall.

Using it feels very adaptive and it has been fantastic for our workflow. It cuts down on postage costs and saves a lot of time when we need documents returned from clients.

One thing I would still like to do is take data submitted through a form.. like a number entered in one field along with the name of the person who entered it.. and send that directly into a recognizable spreadsheet. That is not really the platform's primary function so I understand why it has not been fully developed in that area yet. Even so, it works out extremely well for all the ways we currently use it.

There's really nothing I dislike about it. It's an excellent app and I'd give it a 10.

Creating templates is very simple and it's simple to customize contracts for each client's specific needs. After sending them out, we're able to track everything and update documents whenever needed. I'd definitely recommend it!

At times, the documents can be a little difficult to complete for clients who aren't very comfortable with technology.

It has been excellent for getting documents signed quickly and securely. It also works really well for recording document activity and keeping track of who signed and exactly when. There are multiple templates available too which can be tailored based on your requirements and it's convenient to share them with your team. Signing and sending documents happens in real time which is very helpful. If a document has been sent and the recipient still hasn't signed, the software can automatically send daily reminders. It also supports e-pens like Samsung so signing documents digitally feels even more convenient.

Cons

One drawback is that when you're working with a large document that needs signatures on multiple pages or fields, the process can become quite lengthy. It would be better if there were a way to customize each template more deeply or have the software automatically detect the fields where signatures are needed.

What I appreciate most about it is how securely it lets me sign documents electronically which makes it especially useful for remote or virtual work. It also supports a wide range of file types, including PDFs, Microsoft Office documents and more. Another plus is the organized interface which makes the platform simple to navigate and use even for people who are not very tech-savvy.

It has limited customization available in It. Also, as a side note, the free trial did not feel long or complete enough to really evaluate the software and all of its features properly.

Security and compliance are really at the core of this software. It does a strong job of preserving document authenticity and it feels safe and simple to use.

The pricing is a little high for someone just getting started so that's one area that could definitely be improved.

Its really simple with this software. Being able to sign with a finger and use my own handwritten signature makes the whole process fast and convenient. Once it saves the signature, I can sign future documents with just one click which is a big time-saver. The pricing is reasonable too and getting the first three signed documents free is a nice bonus.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the template selection since it feels a bit limited. It would also be better if there were stronger authentication measures in place to verify the people signing.

At times, the edit function doesn't perform as well as it should. That said I've never run into any problems with signature collection which is really the most important part.

Using it was a very positive experience because the platform was simple to navigate and made completing transactions simple. Its interface felt very user-friendly and the features available were excellent and gave me exactly what I needed to keep my business running efficiently.

One of the most valuable things about this product has been how much faster document signing has become. The ability to verify and sign documents from a mobile device has cut down the time it takes to get everything completed. Because of that, projects, hiring steps and other processes move along much more quickly which has helped improve the company's overall workflow.

Cons

The weakest part of the software is the document storage piece. Some users run into problems when trying to save documents after being asked to create an account or sign in. Even on the company side, if a document is not saved right away in another system, there have been situations where we could not reopen it later and had to complete the whole thing again.

Price is on the high side so other methods are sometimes used to cover 100% of the signatures because of the cost.

One thing I'd like to see is more pricing tiers with different categories. The interface could also use some improvement and those are probably my biggest complaints about It.

Handling multi-party signatures across different platforms is where It really shines. We use it every week to sign SOWs with several parties spread across different time zones and it has become the go-to tool for getting all of that done reliably.

An addition that would make it even better is an option to automatically capture and include the signer's location along with the timestamp when the document is signed.

Using this software feels very simple. It's simple to locate the correct document to sign and customers also have little trouble figuring out how it works. I also appreciate how it clearly shows exactly where to sign or add initials which makes the whole signing process quick and convenient.

Cons

Although there's a free 30-day trial, it doesn't include access to all of It's features. I believe more businesses would be willing to use the software if the trial let them take advantage of everything it offers.

“paperless signatures that boost hiring”

Pros

Getting fully paperless, digital signatures on important documents is the standout benefit of It. I really appreciate how usable and efficient it is and it has been especially helpful in supporting our recruitment process.

My only real issue with It is the dashboard. It's not as user-friendly as it should be and the UI could definitely be improved. Also, when searching for older folders, the results don't show up immediately.
