Security is clearly a priority here and the platform is very user-friendly for clients. It also includes really useful features, like the ability to work with company templates.
Cons
biggest downside is the price especially when you compare it to other programs that provide similar features. Since NAR endorses them, I would expect Realtors to get some kind of discount through this company.

Pros
It brings a very reliable way to keep signatures accurate and verified which helps maintain the confidentiality of important documents. It also reduces the chances of signature duplication or forgery and that has really changed how authentic signatures are handled on sensitive private paperwork.

Pros
One thing I appreciate most about It is being able to remove pages from a document when a signer does not need to view them. I use the software specifically for this purpose and it ends up saving me a lot of time.

Being able to add text and a phone number while signing a contract is really convenient. It automated workflows also help boost productivity and save time. Also, the mobile app makes it simple to collect signatures from anywhere.
Cons
There are only a limited number of non-English languages supported. The customization options for document templates are also somewhat restricted and the free version is fairly limited for users.

Pros
Being able to tailor each envelope to specific requirements is a big plus. It also helps to have separate approval and decline buttons for legal and finance sign-off which keeps the process organized. Setting the signing order is really useful since you can control who receives the document first. The signing options are nice too, whether using a freehand signature or choosing from preset signature fonts. Also, the integration with our business process went very well and the team dedicated plenty of time to walk us through everything and make onboarding feel smooth.
Cons
A few parts of the software can be a bit complicated for beginners to understand at first so a proper demo from the team is pretty important. New users usually need some dedicated time and explanation before they get comfortable with all the features.

Sending and receiving documents, whether it's for one signer or several, is really convenient with It. It makes signing important paperwork quick, secure and very user-friendly even for people who have never used the platform before.
Cons
Every now and then, a document won't let me sign in the exact spot I need to. I've noticed this mostly with documents sent to me or when I upload and edit one myself. It doesn't happen often though and I can usually sort it out without much trouble.

Whenever I need a document signed quickly, this is exactly the software I turn to. It's been a real game changer and has completely transformed the mortgage industry.
Cons
There's honestly very little not to like about this software. The only thing I'd want added is a notification email when someone opens the document, just so I know right away but that's really it.

Handling document sharing for signatures has been very user-friendly and simple to work with. It also includes automatic reminder options which save us a lot of time during follow-ups. Pros
It feels like a mature, well-established product with strong documentation behind it. It covers most of the functionality you would expect in the electronic signature market. We used the It eSignature APIs and they helped us implement both email and SMS notifications for signers.
Cons
There are a few documented API limitations tied to the infrastructure, such as which ports callbacks can post data to, along with some restrictions on API usage frequency. I understand those limits are there to help prevent DOS attacks. We also ran into some issues with Placeholder Tags in document templates which meant we had to build development workarounds.
