“signing documents is effortless”

Pros

Using this software feels very simple. I can sign any document I need with It and collecting signatures from other people is just as simple. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to take a picture of a signature and upload it.

Cons

One thing that could be better is that the trackers can be a little buggy at times.

When the pandemic hit, this software fixed an urgent problem for our firm by making signatures possible even with all the restrictions and uncertainty in place. We've kept using it ever since and the electronic signing feature has continued to be very convenient and accessible for many of our clients.

Cons

The only challenge comes up when a couple shares a single email address. In that situation, the program's authentication process can't be completed so those clients aren't able to use it. That said this is not really a flaw in the software itself since authentication is especially important in accounting when handling electronic signatures.

The e-signature feature is one of the best parts of the software and the reminder alerts are really helpful for getting documents signed on time.

Loading and handling large documents can be difficult at times.

Its functionality is very user-friendly and it really helps speed up the process of getting completed contracts returned more quickly.

One thing I don't care for is that It seems to randomly choose which documents to lock and there's no option to manage or control that yourself.

It makes signing online forms very quick and convenient which is especially useful for people who need to sign documents several times during the day. The platform is simple to use and that really matters because a complicated signing process would be frustrating and time-consuming.

An area where the software could be better is customer service which would improve the overall user experience. From a technical standpoint though, there are no major issues or significan't drawbacks with using it.2

Pros

Creating documents and customizing PDFs for signatures is really simple. I also love that I can save them as templates to reuse later which saves time. It's also simple for people who aren't very tech-savvy to open, access and sign documents without any trouble.

Cons

There honestly aren't many downsides for me. Once in a while, I've had trouble saving templates which can be frustrating. It would also be helpful if the platform included an address book or could sync with email contacts for discussions.

It has been incredibly useful whenever we need signatures on multiple contracts and other important documents especially with so many employees working remotely and customers living out of town.

At times though, the software feels like it nudges people too quickly toward the signing step when many would rather take their time and fully read through what they're signing.

Being able to sign in from practically anywhere is the best part of this software. It works digitally and on mobile so I can access it with different people and get what I need back right away whenever I need it.

One thing that can go wrong is sending something to the wrong person and that could create problems if it ends up being misused. Other than that, as long as you know what you're doing and handle it carefully, it works out fine.

Being able to track when a document gets opened and have it signed electronically cuts hours and sometimes even days, from the sales cycle. It also gives me fewer reasons to chase down a signer since I can send it directly instead of having it passed around internally.

At the beginning, navigation felt a little confusing and I ran into some access issues with my IT team. Once those got sorted out.. which they did.. it ended up being well worth the effort.

Feels more simple than any other digital signing software I've worked with and customers already recognize the name which helps a lot. Getting everything set up and running is very simple too.

The one major drawback is the price but you really do get what you pay for and this is a top-of-the-line product.
