It's been really helpful for us because we can collect signatures from multiple signers around the world at the same time.

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability for users to open and access the documents directly on the platform itself.

Need signed documents without chasing people down? It handles that really well. Signatures are quick, simple and properly documented. It helps move deals forward faster, keeps subcontract paperwork under control and makes it simple to get safety documents signed by employees even when they're not in the office. It's the tool I rely on for all of that.

Pros

When it comes to innovation and making business agreements simpler, It really stands at the front. It helped pioneer the e-signature space and still leads it globally. Signing contracts and finalizing agreements has become much more simple and it cuts down the time needed to complete business transactions. Before, people often had to travel and meet in person just to make an agreement official but It changed that and made the whole process much easier to handle. We work with several contractors and also rotate them from time to time so staying on top of contract signing is important for us. It has helped us manage our contracts and signature workflow so documents become binding faster and transactions move along in less time. Thank you, It.

I'd suggest adding more features and functionality so the platform can do more than just contract signing and expand its overall capabilities.

The only thing I don't enjoy is that the app sometimes goes black and makes me sign in again several times. It might just be an issue with my phone though so I'd still say it's worth trying.

I dont like the small text at times. Because of that, I usually use my laptop to sign since doing it on a mobile device is a bit more complicated.

Pros

Getting documents signed and initialed by one or multiple people is much more convenient with this software. It makes the whole process faster especially when a mistake needs to be corrected since documents can be updated on either side without having to redo a Word file and send it all over again. That saves a lot of time for both me and my clients. Once everything is finalized, I can send documents directly through the software or fax and print them without any hassle. It's nice not having to switch back and forth between different programs. The template feature is also really useful for common forms or documents that only need small edits each time.

Cons

At the beginning, it was a little confusing to figure out. It would definitely help to have a better tutorial or a quick reference guide especially for the more advanced features like creating form templates.

To get documents signed quickly by people across the country has been incredibly important especially during COVID and periods of social distancing.

A few of my older clients had a harder time understanding how to use it but that seemed more related to their overall comfort with technology than to the software itself.

Don't really have any complaints. I'm not even sure how the alternatives compare because this one has been very satisfying overall.

It's a well-known, established name and was one of the early companies to offer online document signing which gave me confidence in the product at first.

Beyond that, the support and overall service were awful. Their API feels neglected compared with competitors that have clearly invested in theirs and it's not pleasant to work with at all. After a week of development, we had a fully working integration in the sandbox but then it took another three days just to push through all their random requirements to move the sandbox setup into production. Once we finally went live, the exact same code started returning an insufficient permissions error from the live API. Their support team can only help with manual signing issues and seems to have no understanding of what an API even is. They refuse to escalate cases to a manager or second-level support and at one point the only suggestion left was to check Stack Overflow. Some of their reps would not help at all and instead tried to sell the product. I even posted on Stack Overflow and emailed every address I could find over the past week trying to reach their developer team but nothing worked. All we needed was for someone to review the error and match the live account permissions with the sandbox account which is not something we can fix ourselves. At this point, we're moving to another provider.

It also connects with many other tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Drive making it easier to access and manage documents inside existing workflows. For businesses handling documents regularly and in large volumes, that makes it a very efficient solution. Overall, It is widely appreciated for these reasons.

Of course, how significan't these drawbacks are will depend on an organization's specific needs and use cases so it's worth evaluating the platform carefully before deciding.

It handles document exchange really well with archive sharing, electronic signatures and automated, guided data collection. It also organizes section-level record details across other systems, supports payment collection once an agreement is completed and includes useful analytics and reporting.

At the beginning, I missed a report I needed to send back and sign after I finally located the correct email. That seems more like a client-side mistake or simple user error but I have run into this more than once and it can be a bit confusing if you are not paying close attention.

Right away, the biggest strengths are how well documents stay organized, the templates that make sending them fast and simple, the flexibility to customize those templates and of course the security It provides.

Cons

There's very little to complain about. If I had to point out one thing, it would be helpful to replace a document while editing a template without losing the customizations already made. Aside from that, this application is a pleasure to use.
