“Excellent product”

Pros

After a full year of using It for my business, I can honestly say the experience has been excellent. The combination of security and simplicity is what really sold me on it. Since it's a cloud-based platform, It keeps digital signatures secure and dependable. It also follows multiple security protocols which gives added confidence that everything is protected from potential threats. Also, the interface is very flexible and simple to use so the overall workflow feels smooth.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that the mobile app updates more in real time than the website. There are times when the website seems to lag by a few minutes, while the mobile app is much more accurate and up to date.

Using it saves me a lot of time and makes my job much easier. It lets me handle a lot of different tasks in one place which has been really helpful.

The only downside is the price. I wish it were more affordable so more companies could take advantage of it.

Switching to it gets people away from messy PDFs and endless email attachments and it makes collaborating online and signing documents feel almost effortless even for users who aren't very comfortable with technology.

API side of Docusign can be tricky when you need it to work with other software and in some cases you may have to move up to a more expensive plan to access the features you need.

Pros

Being able to use the software right from my smartphone is a big plus. It lets me access it wherever I am, as long as I have my phone with me.

I really hope the software stays free to use. I'm not a fan of any charges that come up while using it.

Very simple to see exactly where to sign and It is a widely trusted signature and authentication platform that's used regularly across many different industries.

An issue that comes up quite a bit is that links to It documents sent directly from the platform often end up in people's spam or junk folders.

It is very practical due to how easy it is to use and how quickly it allows you to send a document for signature anywhere in the world. It helps avoid the waste of time that traveling to sign documents would entail.

I have no complaints... I found it to be a very good and simple tool to use and I haven't had any bad experiences.

I think its an essential for HR teams or any business that needs documents signed safely and securely. It lets users set up a username and password for protected access, keeps important documents secure and makes it possible to initial and sign without needing to be physically present.

Getting started with it was simple and rolling it out to the team took very little effort. We had tried a few other brands before and none of them felt as user-friendly as It. Even people signing documents for the first time can usually work through it without any confusion because the layout adapts well and the instructions are clear.

Cons

Not much for me to complain about with It since it currently covers everything we need. If I had to point to one downside, it would be the pricing especially when it comes to adding more users. We are not at that stage right now but I can see the cost becoming a barrier later on if our team grows.

It is part of my daily routine and I genuinely enjoy using it. It's simple to navigate, makes getting signatures quick, keeps documents organized and gives a helpful activity summary for every envelope. I also recently discovered that It offers online notary services which is a big plus since it's one of the few e-signature platforms accepted for that. We're planning to start using It for that feature as well.

Cons

The template feature could definitely be improved. Right now, I can't build simple templates that I can adjust as needed for similar tasks, only ones that have to stay exactly the same.

Working with this software is honestly enjoyable. Setting up fields and arranging everything gives it a hands-on feel that makes the whole process seem pretty cool rather than boring. We send a lot of forms to candidates every day using SignNow/It and it handles that workflow really well.

I really don't have anything negative to say about It. The portal, website and app are all simple to use and the overall experience stays enjoyable.

One of the biggest advantages is the security and compliance side. It uses encrypted connections to send and store documents securely and it meets a range of international e-signature regulations. It also includes a tamper-evident audit trail that records every action taken on a document which can be especially valuable if any legal questions come up. Another strong point is how flexible the platform is. It works on any device with an internet connection and connects well with many other apps and services. That makes it much easier to manage documents in whatever way fits your workflow best.

At this point, I really haven't run into any issues. Over the last two years, It has consistently performed very well.

I don't have many complaints about this software. It's possible I just haven't used it long enough to run into any real flaws yet. Most of the time, I use it mainly to have clients sign documents.
