“Excellent software”
Pros
As an administrator, it feels simple and adaptable. I really appreciate being able to assign exactly who needs to sign in each spot and set the sequence for reviewing and signing so everything moves in the right order.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more variety in the plan choices. I currently manage with the personal plan which includes sending five documents a month but an annual usage allowance would work better since some months I do not use it at all. The standard plan offers strong value and unlimited document sends but if you are keeping a close eye on costs, upgrading from personal to standard can be tough to justify.

“You can sign from anywhere”
Pros
This app lets you sign documents from anywhere in the world and it also verifies the authenticity of the signature as long as it's completed from the same email address the document was sent to.
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't run into any issues at all and it has actually made it much simpler to get the different parties involved in contracts signed electronically.

“tracking signs is also easy”
Pros
It has been a very user-friendly and flexible tool for our company when it comes to sending documents out for signatures. We can customize predefined fields, set the signing order and handle even high volumes of documents without much trouble. The option to schedule documents to be sent later is also very useful. It gives clear visibility into what has been sent, who has signed and which documents are still waiting for action. We also get email notifications when documents are viewed and signed which is a really helpful extra. It works very well for self-signing documents too.
Cons
Overall, we're very happy with the tool but the finance team has mentioned that it feels quite expensive compared with other options on the market. Because of that, it's hard for me to really judge the value for money.

“online waivers are a win”
Pros
Being able to have players sign up for our league and complete their waivers online instead of coming in person has been a huge plus. It cuts down on paperwork quite a bit and keeps the whole process very user-friendly. The auto-generated signature feature is a really nice touch too.
Cons
The signing feature can be a bit inconsistent on mobile. There are times when the signature field does not appear and although the automated signature usually helps work around that, it also occasionally fails to show up on mobile.

Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and barely takes any training. As you use it, the software guides you through the steps in real time so you learn while doing. Really excellent software overall!
Cons
I honestly can't think of any drawbacks at this point. Anytime I've seen it available as an option, I've been glad that this is the software being used.

Really improved the way we ask customers to sign documents before moving forward with a deal. Creating the documents was simple and sharing them with clients was just as simple.
Cons
One frustrating part was dealing with the many text boxes placed throughout a document since we had to resize them one at a time.

Right away, the software feels simple to use. Everything is laid out clearly in front of you so there's very little that feels confusing. I don't use all of its features to the fullest so I can't really give a strong opinion beyond that.

After completing just one or two documents, the product felt very self-explanatory and simple to use. It's really a must-have for any business and it takes away the hassle of printing and scanning documents just to get signatures.
Cons

Cons

Uploading contracts in It is really simple and adding the required fields for each signer is simple to manage. Using templates saves us a lot of time since we don't have to keep completing and uploading the same forms over and over.
Cons
What I don't love is how the signing process can automatically jump to the next signature field or sometimes complete the whole document before I've finished reading it. That's partly user error but I still wish that option wasn't there.

Using it has been really convenient because everything is simple to get started with. I was able to set it up quickly and send and receive documents for signature without having to print, fax or mail anything.
