It is used almost everywhere which makes getting documents signed really convenient. Signing from a mobile device is also very simple and that is essential when you're trying to finalize contracts after business hours.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any downsides. The integration works smoothly and the signing process feels effortless.

Pros

Being able to create templates in it has been the biggest advantage for us. It saves my team a ton of time and makes it simple to go back to documents or contracts we use regularly without needing to open an existing active contract every time.

At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback to give. Everything with It has been excellent for us.

Signing documents takes much less time and effort with It and it's also really useful for keeping files stored securely. Handling signatures from multiple parties is very simple and overall it's been such a positive tool that I'd definitely recommend others use it.

My only concern is security since I'm storing important documents on it.

Keeping tabs on active envelopes is very simple and setting the signing order takes no effort. It also helps a lot that you can monitor each step and send follow-ups whenever the process gets held up.

The pricing can feel a little high especially if your team does not start using the tool quickly. It is not the cheapest option but it does deliver strong value when you regularly handle multiple contracts and document signatures.

Everything about it feels fast and very user friendly. It works well for both internal and external use and we can adjust it to fit the specific purpose we need. We also haven't run into any problems with customers actually using the application.

The only issue that comes up from time to time is when a document gets sent straight to a customer's junk folder and they can't find it right away. That becomes a problem when we need a quick turnaround.

Using this software has made the virtual contract negotiation process much more organized and user friendly. It helps us finalize contracts more quickly and keeping all of our documents stored and managed efficiently has been a big advantage.

Cons

A frustrating part is that I end up having to reset my password almost 80% of the time. It is definitely annoying but the software works so well overall that it still feels worth using.

Handling a high volume of contracts each week is much simpler with It. The people signing are often busy but this lets us get agreements signed within just a few minutes. There's no longer any need to print, scan or download documents which saves a lot of time. It has honestly been a lifesaver.

I really don't have any complaints. This software has made my day-to-day work so much easier and I'm very thankful for it.

Pros

Having every contract stored in one reliable place was a big plus. We could trust the signatures and being able to create contracts from templates made our process much more efficient.

Cons

One area that was frustrating was the feedback process. If I drafted a contract and sent it to a manager, there wasn't a good way to work their comments in without basically starting over. I came up with a few offline review workarounds but having a built-in feedback step before the contract was finalized would have been much better.

All of our team members use this product to securely send important documents and files to customers and internal staff for review and signatures and it handles that process really well.

Haven't run into any downsides or bad experiences with this software. It also integrated nicely with our other systems, including Salesforce.

This e-signature platform I recommend to everyone. It's very user-friendly, widely recognized and trusted which makes a big difference. On the admin side, it's simple to manage and the experience is just as smooth for the person receiving the document. The efficient verification process on the administrative end also gives me real peace of mind.

Pricing is the one part that feels less accommodating for small businesses. We need multiple user licenses and the cost starts to feel pretty premium.

It really feels like the gold standard when it comes to collecting e-signatures from customers and clients. The interface is very simple and the drag-and-drop setup for different text entry fields makes everything simple to put together. It doesn't take much effort to get documents ready.

Cons

Uploading a large batch of documents can get a bit exhausting at times. I do wish there were an email address you could forward an attachment to so it would automatically be converted and prepared for signature.

Being able to handle everything from home or wherever I am, at any time, is what makes this so valuable to me.

Every now and then, there's a small glitch with my signature but I can usually fix it myself.

It has a flexible interface that works really well for sending, reviewing and signing contracts remotely. One thing I really appreciated was the detailed guidebook available right after sign-up since it lets you learn the platform at your own pace and get comfortable with it step by step.

Cons

The pricing feels a little on the high side. I also think certain features should already be part of the standard plan especially the option for recipients to view contracts without having to pay extra for it as an add-on.
