Pros
Keeping up with legal documents is much more manageable with It. It gives me a fast way to send files to the people who need to sign them and I can still make edits or updates to the document when needed without much trouble.
Cons
You really have to be careful not to make repeated mistakes because every time a document is sent out, there is a charge. If I send an offer to a candidate with the wrong start date, I have to correct it on my end and resend the file. That means I end up paying for two documents even though only one of them is actually valid and kept for future reference.

Pros
It has made our contract process much more convenient. The platform is simple to use, the templates can be customized and it works universally with clients as well as other vendors. Being able to handle everything online is especially useful when working with out-of-state or international clients. It also helps that It is a well-known brand people already recognize and feel comfortable using.
Cons
The only real downside that comes to mind is the recent format change which took a bit of time to adjust to. I may still prefer the older layout.

Across all the companies I've worked with, this software has been used in one way or another and I've really appreciated how consistently simple It is to deploy, use and train new users on.
Cons
I don't have any complaints because I haven't run into any issues while using it. I am interested in seeing what their support experience is like though.

Nothing. I had absolutely no positive experience with It and I do not recommend their products or services at all.
Cons
Getting support is extremely difficult because it's hard to reach an actual person. And when you finally do, they often struggle to understand the issue you're explaining. Then even after they eventually figure out what's happening, they still can't resolve the problem which leaves the software unusable and can hurt your relationship with your own clients. When you ask for a refund even though their policy allows it, they just waste your time and make you go through multiple follow-ups, only for the refund to never happen. From start to finish, It cost me money, time and patience. If you have a few hundred dollars to throw in the trash, then sure, go with It. Otherwise, there are much better companies out there. Save yourself the trouble and choose a competitor like eZsign, OneSpan or another alternative.

It has made a big difference in how we handle contract creation and customization because collaboration is built into the entire process before anything gets sent to a customer. With everyone working together in one place, we've been able to automate document routing for both internal reviews and external legal reviews. The version control is also very flexible so it's clear who changed what, when it was changed and how the document has evolved. Because of that, drafting contracts is much faster now and teams from different departments can work on the same document in a short time instead of passing it around one by one for weeks.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is on the It Android app, where there isn't an option to switch signatories while previewing a document before sending it.

Pros
Because it is the best-known e-signature platform, there's already a strong level of trust in it. Setting up the signing workflow for everyone involved is simple and from the signer's side, the process is very simple to follow. You can clearly mark the spots that need attention which helps a lot. Actually drawing a signature with a mouse or touchpad is still awkward so I usually stick with the default signature instead. Once every signer has finished, the completed contract is available to review and download whenever needed. I also appreciate that the full audit trail and document history are available to inspect.
Cons
This tool does come at a premium because it's the market leader so we ended up purchasing only a few Standard seats at $25 per user. It includes reusable templates but I'd still like more customization options even though you can add your own branding.

Handling agreements with It has been a really positive experience. It's a flexible, well-thought-out tool with features that make signing all kinds of deals much simpler and more convenient. I appreciate how it helps us keep legal documents organized, get signatures completed quickly by sending them instantly from anywhere and store everything securely in the cloud with privacy protections that add peace of mind. Also, the platform is user-friendly and intelligent so it never feels hard to use, the learning curve is short and it adapts well to our needs while working quickly. It has become an important link between our business and our clients, improving communication and helping resolve legal matters fast.
Cons
What holds It back is the cost which feels quite high compared with other similar software. I'd really like to see more pricing tiers with different feature combinations, including plans that leave out tools we don't use. Aside from that, I still think it's a very strong option for managing digital signatures.

Setting up envelopes and templates in It is really simple which saves a lot of time. I also love getting notifications when someone opens a document and again when they sign it because it lets me keep track of where things stand how long they take to respond and when the signing is complete. The drag-and-drop fields for signatures, dates, names, titles and other details make it simple to handle documents with multiple signers without any confusion since each person's spot is clearly marked. It's also very convenient to recall or cancel an envelope if something needs to be updated before anyone reviews or signs it.

Its so much quicker to get time-sensitive documents signed and not having to deal with a printer is a huge plus. That convenience really makes a difference. Signed files are kept right in the It account which helps keep everything organized. It also gives the option to download the documents and save them on a computer or in Google Drive.
Cons
One thing I wish It had is a free account option instead of only offering a trial for 10 documents total. Once those 10 documents are used, you have to start paying. I'd rather see a free plan that resets every year and gives users 10 free documents annually.

Getting documents out through the system has been very simple. Our patients frequently forget to fill out paper forms before their appointments and It has made it simple to send everything electronically. The turnaround time on completed documents has also been much faster than with the system we were using before It.
Cons
After the initial setup is finished, it becomes pretty difficult to get in touch with a team member when problems come up. It does offer a helpful portal with answers to most common issues but there are still situations where direct support from an actual person would be much more useful.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how it automatically detects the signature sections in a document and places my signature in every required spot without any issues. It does the same for initials too which saves time and makes the whole process very simple to use.
Cons
I haven't run into any real downside with it. It hasn't been difficult to use and I haven't experienced any hiccups, blocks or trouble at all. It simply does exactly what it's supposed to do.
