The signing management works really well and the user authentication features are strong and dependable.

Cons

File search feature and document retrieval could be improved, as they are not as effective as the rest of the system.

This platform feels very user friendly for all kinds of users and it's impressive how quickly the important documents are returned.

Pros

Getting everything configured was simple and the functionality has been really strong. It also connected with our ATS which ended up saving us a lot of time.

Cons

Pricing can get expensive depending on how you're using it. My biggest frustration is that you're charged just for sending documents out even when the recipient never signs them or doesn't even open them.

It comes with an excellent set of features and connecting it with Salesforce was very simple.

Honestly haven't run into anything to dislike.. even the smaller features in It end up being really useful.

Pros

Being able to sign documents digitally and have them automatically sent back to the company or person who requested them is a huge time-saver. It cuts out the whole process of printing, signing by hand scanning and emailing everything back which also saves a lot of paper. It's also really helpful having an electronic copy saved in my email, files and in my It account. This app really makes getting things done quicker and much more convenient.

Cons

There was one time when my name was misspelled and as the recipient of the document I couldn't correct it myself. I had to contact the company and ask them to make the change instead. It was only a small inconvenience but I do wish I had the option to fix that on my own.

Using this program feels very simple. The documents are clear to read, it highlights exactly where signatures are needed and it lets you choose the signature style you want. The product is thoughtfully designed and handles its purpose really well.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides at the moment. It seems well built and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

It has nearly eliminated our reliance on paper and paper storage and I'm extremely happy to be using so much less of it.

Up to this point, I haven't run into any limitations or problems while using It.

Pros

Scanning documents and adding signatures is really simple. The PDF form recognition works excellently, catches all the fields and saves us a lot of time.

Cons

Certain file sizes still get rejected so you sometimes have to split them into two. Setting up a template can take a bit of time and I'd also like the templates to be more advanced so conditional logic could be used.

Being able to save signed contracts and pull them back up whenever we need them has been a huge plus for our team.

There really haven't been many negatives for us, aside from the fact that it does come with a cost.

Having the option to build custom signature templates and sign documents carefully and securely gives us real peace of mind. It has made the whole process feel reliable and we definitely expect to keep using It going forward.

Nothing to complain about. We have been using it for a large number of document signatures and it has been consistently very helpful.

Keeping documents moving is pretty simple with this. I can create files, send them out and collect signatures without any hassle.

HIPAA compliance was a major disappointment. During the initial sales calls, I was told it would be compliant but no one ever followed up to make sure that was actually in place. Then when renewal came around, I was told I'd have to upgrade and pay extra to get the compliance that had originally been promised.

“Has a clean interface”

Pros

In my experience, handling work agreements electronically with this tool has been really convenient and much faster. The best part is being able to generate a PDF contract that I can print for offline reading and record-keeping. The interface is also well designed and pleasant to use.

Cons

One downside is that it feels somewhat expensive for small businesses. It also doesn't integrate with many common business tools, such as payment processors which would make the workflow more efficient.

Pros

Creating documents for several people to sign electronically is very simple. It's been a really helpful program for remote work and the email reminder feature is especially useful.

Cons

At times, getting access to a it document can be tricky when it was created by another company.

Handling both our internal and external contracts with this software has been really simple and it's very user-friendly.

Pros

Just about everyone already knows It and feels comfortable using it. Even people who struggle with computers can still handle it without much trouble. If someone can open an email, they can sign a document with it. It's very simple. On the sending side, if you know how to drag and drop, you can send pretty much any document out for signature.

Cons

The only thing that made me move to another product was the number of documents we send. Even on the more expensive plans, there's still a cap on how many signature documents you can process. I changed providers strictly because I needed an option with unlimited document volume.

Being able to sign and process documents remotely without sharing equipment or even being near the other person makes this software incredibly convenient. It keeps the whole process simple and simple and it's been a really excellent tool to use.

At this point, I honestly can't think of any downsides to this software.

Pros

After moving our automotive sales contracting process to It, it's improved things far beyond what we expected. It not only helped us organize everything much better but it also keeps our documents stored securely in one place. Also, we've been able to get contracts funded faster and spend a lot less time scanning paperwork.

Cons

One area that's been frustrating is Docusign's support. The FAQs tend to be pretty vague and the chat assistants feel robotic so getting useful help isn't always quick. In my case, it usually takes around 1-2 days before I'm able to reach a real person. That said we've only run into two technical issues since we started using it and both were fairly minor.

Something that bothers me is how the software sometimes tries to be too smart and ends up making changes that just aren't necessary.
