“mobile signing works brilliantly”
Pros
Getting documents signed across different locations has been really convenient. Having both desktop and mobile support is especially useful since senior management often handles approvals from their phones. The step-by-step notifications, from document open to each completed signature, are also very helpful and keep everyone updated throughout the process.
Cons
Its UI could be better when using it through the Salesforce integration. There are fewer options available there and it takes quite a while to figure out where everything is.

“fast multiparty signatures”
Pros
Sending contracts out for multiparty signatures is really simple. Even brand-new admin team members can pick it up and start using it within minutes.
Cons
The pricing is definitely on the high side for what it offers. Even so, it still feels worth paying for despite being expensive.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
It has been really useful for signing contracts since it sends the document to everyone involved and lets each person review, sign and save a copy for their own records.
Cons
One thing I wish were different is how emailed signing links expire or make me log in just to open documents. When I've gone back to look at older signed files, I've had to request a new link or sign in again just to view something I already signed.

“quick saved signature access”
Pros
Signing documents is very simple since I only had to create my signature one time and after that it stayed saved so now I can just click and use it whenever I need to.
Cons
The only downside was that my signature didn't come out evenly and ended up looking pretty messy.

“Trustworthy product”
Pros
Being able to send legally binding documents to anyone from virtually anywhere is a huge advantage. I don't need to meet people face to face or log into my work computer at the office to get things done. It works wherever I need it. I can also edit documents with templates and save those changes for future use which is very practical. The integration with certain third-party apps is another plus with It. For legal paperwork, the security and overall usability are excellent.
Cons
It's business version costs more than a lot of competing options and I probably wouldn't have used it if my company hadn't partnered with them and offered it to all of the outside sales team. If all you need is basic electronic signing on a phone, tablet or touchscreen device, there are cheaper and even free apps that can handle that. It can also feel a bit frustrating to use because the signature setup feature takes too long and it's not really necessary but that isn't obvious when you first go through it.

“great experience”
Pros
Using this has been really convenient because it's affordable and very user-friendly. I travel once or twice a week to check on projects outside the office and I mainly need something I can use from the car to sign digital contracts and documents. The part I appreciate most is the security and authenticity. Every signature is valid because it keeps sending a text to verify that it's actually me and that nobody else is using my tablet to sign anything. That gives me confidence that my documents are protected and can't just be accessed and signed by someone else. For a medium-sized business like ours, that matters a lot.
Cons
The only downside is that all of that signature verification can take a while. Since it checks authenticity every time and protects my documents from being signed by the wrong person, the process can sometimes take around 5 minutes and other times at least 20 minutes out of my day. Still, that extra time reassures me that my documents are secure and means I do not have to be overly worried all the time. For the low cost, I still feel well taken care of. I honestly still think It is one of the best even though there is definitely room for improvement.

“sign on the go!!”
Pros
It's electronic signing tools and the different signature options have been a total game changer for us. Contracts get signed right away and can be authenticated the very same day which means no more spending money on overnight shipping. honestly I can't picture managing a medium-sized nonprofit without It at this point.
Cons
What I'd really like to see is more document personalization, like being able to place them on my business letterhead.

“top choice for digital signatures”
Pros
Without a doubt, this is the leading software for digital signatures especially for simple electronic signing. One of its biggest strengths is the UX and UI design which feels very polished and gives it an advantage over similar platforms because it offers a wider range of useful features and flexibility. The mobile app is also a strong point, with plenty of options and the convenience of being able to sign documents from anywhere at any time.
Cons
One thing it still lacks is a built-in way to reliably verify the identity of signers without requiring them to already have a prior certificate.

“convenient signatures overall”
Pros
The electronic signature feature is really convenient and makes the signing process much simpler.
Cons
Once our company started handling more signatures, It changed the pricing terms on us. We had originally been paying $45 per month for one user and then it suddenly jumped to $2,179.67 per year. The difference speaks for itself.

“templates and reminders are fantastic”
Pros
It has been fantastic for handling documents day to day. Sending and receiving files is simple and the template feature saves a lot of time. I can assign different signers, set the signing order and it also sends reminders automatically. Another thing that helps is being able to send different messages to different people involved in the same process.
Cons
A part that gets frustrating is the automatic logout after a short period of inactivity. Even when the countdown appears and I click to stay logged in, it logs me out anyway.

“trusted e-signature leader”
Pros
When it comes to e-signatures, Docusign really feels like the industry benchmark. Plenty of other companies offer similar tools but the brand recognition, client trust and simple usability make the higher price feel justified.
Cons
Since It is clearly ahead of a lot of competitors, they price it accordingly. I'm fine with paying more for a quality product but the extra Customer Service fee of nearly $100 feels a little too expensive.

“quick signing and handy templates”
Pros
Right away, It feels very simple to use. The layout is simple, saving documents is fast and I can have them ready for signature in just a few minutes. It's also really useful that signed contracts stay stored on the platform so they're always there when I need to look back at them. Being able to use templates, make edits on the spot and get contracts signed by clients or other third parties within minutes makes the whole process really convenient.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the pricing. It's not the most affordable option available and the cost goes up the more contracts you need signed. Even though it still feels reasonable overall, I do wish it were just a little less expensive.
