“reliable product and support”
Pros
At the beginning, we really appreciated the helpful support, the user-friendly setup and the product as a whole.
Cons
After the pandemic, things changed. We started getting what felt like subtle threats that our service would be canceled unless we agreed to pay extremely high usage fees.

“custom templates that deliver”
Pros
Being able to customize signature templates has been my favorite feature added. It only takes one button to get the process started and it works really well for everyday tasks that need signatures on a regular basis. We rely on it to finalize government deals and international agreements. I also appreciate that I can revise and update the documents I need right from my phone.
Cons
I don't like the interface too much but its okay i guess

“familiar and user-friendly signing”
Pros
Using it is simple and most clients already know It which makes the whole signing process more comfortable for everyone.

“simple signup and usable workflow”
Pros
Getting started is simple, whether you're signing up, buying a plan or trying the trial. Most people seem to have no trouble using it.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit on the high side. It would offer better value if the monthly limit on how many documents you can sign were increased to better match the amount paid each month.

“secure remote signing convenience”
Pros
Working remotely is much more practical with this especially for people who would otherwise spend hours dealing with a fax machine or asking clients to come in person. It makes no-contact signing possible and the documents can be set up to match the content and situation well. The different signature style options also add a fun, customizable touch. Also, it feels secure and includes authentication.
Cons
One downside is that end users can have trouble signing if they do not have an account. It can still be done but there are extra steps involved which makes the process less convenient. The pricing also feels high especially since it does not seem to offer any added incentive or extra benefit.

“secure signing from anywhere”
Pros
Using this software feels very simple and user friendly. One thing I really appreciate is that users can always get back to their signed documents just by logging in with their email address and they can securely sign documents from any computer or mobile device as long as they are signed in. It also comes with plenty of built-in security features, including expiring email links if too much time has passed since they were sent.
Cons
There really isn't anything about this software that I dislike!

“paperless signing with local cloud”
Pros
Working in a company that can't rely on global cloud apps because of legal requirements, this solution has helped move us much closer to a paperless workflow through local alternatives. We no longer have to go through the whole print-sign-scan process which saves a lot of time. It also lets us keep the original version in the cloud without trouble, along with storing it in the It system.
Cons
No major feature-related problems but you can occasionally run into upload or download issues depending on your internet connection and the platform's upload speed.

“reliable status tracking”
Pros
Getting updates by email whenever documents are signed or changed has been really helpful for keeping track of everything. It's electronic signature was one of the first tools of its kind and it still works very well.
Cons
The document management feature is very useful but the design and search function could be improved a bit.

“sign from anywhere convenience”
Pros
Being able to send documents for signature from anywhere to anyone is a huge plus. I don't need to meet people in person or go into the office to use my work desktop which makes it really convenient. The templates are helpful and I can save customizations to reuse later which saves time. It also works with some third-party apps making the whole process even more convenient. Overall, it's user-friendly and secure enough for handling legal documents.
Cons
One frustrating part is that when a document has an error or a missing field, I can't just edit or cancel it the way I'd expect. That ends up adding several extra steps before I can get the document corrected, signed and sent out properly. I also still haven't found a way to draw my own signature. Also, when we first started using It some of the places I regularly send documents to actually called to confirm that the signature request was legitimate.

“simple contracts with greenhouse”
Pros
Using it with our ATS, Greenhouse, has worked really well. It's simple to use and I can quickly check whether someone has received the contract. Creating the contract, adding the signature field and including the date was all very simple. It also has extra features that come in useful when handling employment contracts.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind in terms of improvements. It feels very simple to use.

“I liked it”
Pros
Getting valid signatures from people at colleges across the country has been really convenient especially when they're away or working remotely. It also offers a Part 11-compliant version which fits well with the research documents we handle.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the document setup process. The interface doesn't make it very simple to build templates that can adapt well to different situations. Adobe Acrobat's Prepare feature honestly handles that part much better, lol.

“fantastic for mobile document signing”
Pros
Running a business without a physical office is much more manageable with It. It works especially well for companies that are constantly on the go and need a reliable way for multiple people to sign important documents. The document management side is also really well done since files are simple to organize, locate and pull up when needed. With so many signatures being processed in one place, the platform still feels very user-friendly and the overall usability is honestly phenomenal.
Cons
honestly I think it's an excellent program and there isn't much I'd say is wrong with it. The only thing I'd want added is a clearer distinction between a business It account and a personal one. A business-focused version could allow for more documents, more signatures and tools that make high-volume use even more practical. Aside from that, it's a really strong product as it stands and works well for either type of use right now.

“customizable and user-friendly”
Pros
Getting this up and running was simple and managing it day to day has been just as simple. It's fully customizable and very user-friendly which makes it a strong fit for digital signatures and contract-related work.
Cons
It does feel a little more expensive than some other options but aside from that, I really don't have any major complaints. I'd definitely recommend it for digital signature and contract purposes.

“overpriced just to sign”
Pros
The option to assign where each person should sign on a free template is a useful concept but...
Cons
That benefit loses its value when nobody else can actually sign unless they pay the absurd $60+ monthly subscription just to SIGN A DOCUMENT. The free trial is also very short and some people have already used theirs already.

“paperless workflow essential”
Pros
It's very simple to understand and use and at this point it's been adopted almost everywhere. It really feels like a must-have for cutting down on paper trails.

“wasted envelopes and no support”
Pros
When it functions the way it's supposed to, it can collect electronic signatures for real estate contracts in real time which is the reason I used it in the first place.
Cons
After years of using It without any problems, it suddenly started skipping initials and letting clients submit documents that weren't fully signed. Also, there's a monthly envelope limit so when the system fails you have to call and practically beg them to replace the wasted envelopes. I reached out to get the issue corrected but it ended up seriously affecting a real estate transaction because I couldn't access the envelopes that had been wasted. In the end, I had to cancel the service. I also requested reimbursement for the 4 months I wouldn't be using since the problem was caused by It and not by anything on my end. After spending more than an hour on the phone, they not only refused to let me speak with a manager but also would not refund my money. Even though their software issue caused major problems for me and impacted my clients' ability to respond within the required time, they still chose to keep my $40. They simply do not stand behind their service. Most of the time when I contacted customer service to get wasted envelopes credited back, they gave me a hard time before eventually replacing one anyway. If you don't use all of your envelopes in a given month, they don't carry over to the next one so you end up paying for envelopes and service you never used. There are other e-signature providers out there that are cheaper, better and offer stronger support. I'd strongly recommend doing your research before choosing this company, otherwise you may end up paying It for a service that might fail and negatively affect your transactions.

“document signing without the hassle”
Pros
Handling document signatures with this software has cut out physical paperwork, in-office visits and any dependence on the often unreliable postal service. It keeps the whole signing process organized and much more convenient.
Cons
One part that could definitely be better is the email authentication/validation. It feels pretty inconsistent and quite often the verification email has to be resent manually before it actually goes through.

“flexible document tracking and storage”
Pros
Using this platform has been very simple. Whenever something isn't clear, the tutorials and FAQs are there to help which makes getting answers quick. It lets me monitor the contract signing process closely and set custom rules along the way. I also appreciate being able to keep all my documents organized within the platform instead of saving everything on my computer which helps free up space.
Cons
An area that could be better is the customization. Some options should be more adaptable especially the signature order since changing it could be made much simpler.

“fantastic for client contracts”
Pros
Every day at work, I rely on It to send contracts out for client signatures and it's been amazing to use. Setting up the email recipient list is very simple and clients usually have no trouble completing the signing process. The whole platform feels simple and user-friendly. I also appreciate that I can resend the document to a customer's email anytime if they missed the original message.
Cons
At times some recipients don't get the It email because it ends up in their spam folder.
