“powerful templates and flexibility”
Pros
Setting up advanced templates and more involved signer workflows is one of the things I appreciate most. It's also really helpful that I can still make edits after sending if I catch a mistake. The clone feature is another big plus and saves time when I need to reuse similar documents.
Cons
Working in it can feel tiring at times and there are a lot of settings to deal with. Because of that, the interface isn't always the most user-friendly.

“powerful features for big teams”
Pros
This is a strong product but the price is definitely on the high side. For a larger company, that cost may be reasonable and easier to justify. If you run a smaller operation though, it's worth taking a close look at all the features first to decide whether the investment makes sense for what you need.
Cons
When I compared it with other similar products, the pricing was higher than the alternatives.

“simple signing workflow”
Pros
Keeping up with signature requests is very simple and the platform is simple to use overall.
Cons
The pricing was the dealbreaker. After I renewed, I was told I had gone over the envelope limit for my plan and It tried to charge me more than 400% extra. I run a one-person business and only use it within normal insurance industry needs. Because of that heavy-handed pricing tactic and the threat of losing access unless I upgraded, I would never return to It.

“Excellent experience”
Pros
Whenever meeting in person isn't possible, this works as a really strong substitute. It's also helpful for pointing out particular sections in a document so other people can clearly see what needs attention. As a replacement for faxing, it's very practical and it's much more convenient than sending a photo of a paper that ends up blurry or upside down.
Cons
At the same time, a few of the steps and processes were hard to understand or apply right away. It wasn't immediately clear how I was supposed to sign or countersign the paperwork so I had to experiment with a couple of different methods before getting everything into the right place. If it were faster and simpler, I could focus more on the actual content and make sure everything lines up properly. Other than that, it's been a pleasant tool to use.

“trusted e-signature with broad integrations”
Pros
It is essentially the go-to electronic signature platform across companies of all sizes and industries which made rollout and adoption very simple for us. It also comes with a wide range of integrations and in our setup the Salesforce integration was especially important.
Cons
We really didn't run into any major issues during implementation and both employees and customers adopted it without much difficulty.

“Good product”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is how simple it is to use and follow. Since so many companies already use it, it feels familiar and widely recognized across different organizations. It's also convenient that you usually don't need to create an account or pay for a subscription just to use it and sign documents.
Cons
The part I liked least is how document access works after you request it. You can't keep using the same original link indefinitely so if you need access again later, you have to return to the original source and request a new link. That process is a bit tedious although it's not a major problem and it's still something you can work around.

“reliable signing for remote work”
Pros
It has been a fast and dependable tool for handling signatures. It lets me prepare and send contracts or other documents for people to sign and adding a "sign here" field makes the whole process efficient. It completely removes the hassle of printing, signing, scanning and sending documents back. I also appreciate that it automatically sends reminders to anyone who still needs to sign and I get notified as soon as a document is completed. Since it works well on mobile, I can review and sign paperwork right from my phone without any trouble. The platform is simple to use and being able to save my signature and reuse it on future documents is very convenient. Working remotely, this has been especially helpful because my role involves a lot of agreements with multiple parties and It makes that much easier with support for multiple signatures. Also, it integrates nicely with Microsoft and Google.
Cons
Faced one issue that placing the signature exactly in the right spot can sometimes be tricky. The company paid for the software in my case so the cost was low for me personally but for someone buying it on their own, it could feel fairly expensive especially for smaller businesses. Recipient authentication is also needed which can end up feeling a bit counterproductive at times.

Pros
Getting started with It was very simple and it's been simple to use from day one. We've hardly had anyone reach out with issues or say they ran into problems. As a nonprofit funder, it has really helped us move money out to grantees much more quickly.
Cons

“trusted digital signature standard”
Pros
It's so widely used and recognized as it removes a lot of the uncertainty from the digital signature process. A lot of people already see it as the standard which makes everything feel more familiar and simple when sending documents out for signature.
Cons
The one downside to an otherwise strong product is the price especially when there are other options available that are cheaper and come pretty close in terms of quality and features.

Pros
Being 1,300 miles away from the area where I handle most of my real estate work, It has been incredibly helpful. I can sign documents from wherever I am, as long as I have an internet connection which makes managing things remotely much more practical.

“simple and industry-standard”
Pros
Very simple to use and has become an industry-standard tool which makes the whole experience feel simple and familiar.
Cons
The group plan pricing is pretty bad. It works well enough for a single-user office but once you need plans for a team, the cost climbs fast. We'll probably look into other options when it's time to renew next year.

“quick lease signing win”
Pros
Getting forms and leases up and running with this software is much simpler than with the other options I tested. It's flexible and the signing workflow is fast and simple which makes it really convenient for tenants to complete their leases.
Cons
Cost is fair overall but a pay-per-use option would fit my needs better. I only use the platform occasionally to sign leases with tenants, not every month so being able to pay per instance instead of committing to a monthly subscription would be a better setup for me.

“secure signatures every time”
Pros
I liked using it, getting signatures through It feels secure and simple for both the person sending the document and the one signing it. The platform's security and verification steps give me confidence that my digital signature is protected and can only be used by me. Signing documents takes almost no effort and the saved history on It has been a lifesaver whenever I need to pull up something I signed earlier.
