“digital signatures done right”
Pros
Handling digital signatures with full tracking and time stamps has become essential these days and It does that really well. It lets me send multiple documents to multiple people in a specific signing order which keeps the whole process clear and avoids any confusion about whether all required signatures have been completed.
Cons
It's weaker side is how confusing the product tiers have become over time. It's frustrating to send out documents and then realize certain features are only available on higher-paid plans or have to be enabled by admins. I get that a single-price model may not make as much business sense but all these limitations definitely take away from the overall effectiveness of the product.

“flexible templates and simple signing”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how many different ways the documents and templates can be customized. It also makes the process very simple for both the person sending the document and the person signing it.
Cons
honestly there isn't anything I dislike about this product.

“Trusted standard for e-signatures”
Pros
It feels like the go-to choice for secure digital contract signatures because it's so widely recognized and accepted. I honestly can't think of another e-signature platform that's been adopted as broadly or fits into a company's workflows as naturally as It does.
Cons
The pricing is the part I'm less excited about especially compared with some other alternatives my team has brought up. It would be nice if It offered stronger discount incentives based on the size and scale of a company.

“paperwork handled brilliantly”
Pros
Right away, this software proved to be incredibly simple to work with and highly effective for managing legal and other binding documents that require a legitimate audit and signature trail. You can upload just about any type of document, then place initials, signature fields and dates exactly where they're needed throughout the file. It also lets you monitor the document's status and send polite reminders to anyone who still hasn't completed their part. It has basically removed the need for courier services or USPS mail when handling important paperwork.
Cons
Only real challenge is that some people can feel a little intimidated by it at first so a bit of coaching may be needed to help them use it properly. Once they realize how simple it is to set up and create a signature, they usually end up appreciating the convenience and really enjoying it.

“Google drive signing win”
Pros
Turning documents into signed PDFs with this has been a really quick, convenient fix for us. We actually started using it by chance since it showed up as one of the Google Docs options for converting a file into a PDF for signatures. The Google Docs integration is a big plus and being able to save the finished file straight back to Google Drive is even better. It cuts out the extra hassle of downloading documents to a computer first and then uploading them back into Drive afterward.
Cons
It does get a little buggy at times but it's not much of a problem especially considering it's free.

“reliable signatures at a fair price”
Pros
Whenever I need to collect signatures, It is the platform I keep coming back to. It's simple to use, comes with plenty of features and the pricing feels affordable.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the mobile app isn't quite as polished as it should be and could definitely use some attention.

“paperwork made effortless”
Pros
Using it has made the whole paperwork process much more convenient especially during the pandemic. It's simple to use and we can complete and finalize contracts without needing to be physically present.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is an added verification option, such as fingerprinting or live photo capture, to confirm the identity of the person signing the documents.

“all approvals in one place”
Pros
Working with an executive team in the energy storage industry means I get approval requests every day and It has made it really convenient to send them out and keep track of everything from one place.
Cons
It did take some time to figure out all of the customizable settings since the interface doesn't make them very obvious.

“essential for daily signatures”
Pros
It has become a key part of our day-to-day business operations and has made handling new policies and updates feel smooth. The platform is very simple to use, whether someone is highly tech-savvy or not. Our team works with it every day and it makes it simple to keep track of where applications are in the signature process. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone weighing it against other e-signature providers.
Cons
Don't have much to point out as a downside with this provider since my experience with it has been consistently positive over the years.

“poor support”
Pros
When the product is working properly, it's suitable and does the job well enough for use.
Cons
Dealing with the developer's support team has been very disappointing. The help is almost nonexistent and in some situations their responses have come across as simply rude.

“simple signing with quick adoption”
Pros
Getting started is pretty simple. Once the software is connected to your platform, it automatically sends an email to the user and from there they only need to sign and submit. It really is that simple. From the user side, the learning curve is minimal so even people with very little technical knowledge can use it without much trouble.
Cons
Building the document template can be a bit difficult and at times the alignment does not behave the way you expect.

“powerful signing workflow”
Pros
Handling multiple sequential recipients is really convenient. It lets you manage several customers at the same time from a single action which saves a lot of effort. Having access to the full history and audit trail is also very useful. Offline sending and virtual signing are a big plus and the tagging system helps guide recipients to the exact places where they need to sign the document.
Cons
The biggest downside of It compared with other e-signature tools is that the process requires recipient authentication. They can verify their identity by phone or through RSA ID check but both come with extra charges. The software is also somewhat expensive compared to similar products on the market. Also, community-based support requires payment and email, chat and phone support all cost extra as well.

“fast digital signatures”
Pros
Sending documents out for signature is much more convenient with It. Instead of printing contracts, mailing them and waiting for someone to fax or send them back, I can email everything through It and often get the signed copy back within minutes. It saves paper, time and money and the ability for people to create digital signatures online makes the whole process much more practical.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see improved is how created and signed documents are organized on the It site. When I log in, everything appears in a list sorted by the date it was created. It would be much more useful if there were a way to place documents into folders based on the recipient or the purpose of the document. Right now, I end up downloading the files and re-uploading them into Google Drive just to keep everything organized.

“I like it”
Pros
Using it has been simple and most clients already recognize the It name which gives them confidence right away. It also keeps everything organized in one place so we don't need extra document management tools or stacks of paper files.
Cons
The hardest part was convincing people who weren't familiar with electronic signatures to feel comfortable using it. It would be helpful if It provided more guides or fact sheets that we could share with first-time users.

“contracts from anywhere”
Pros
Handling contracts is so much simpler with It. I work with people across the globe and it takes away the worry of documents getting lost in the mail or failing because of a fax machine.
Cons
I really don't think this is an issue with the software itself. It's more about me needing to sort out how to connect my two email addresses so all of my contracts stay in one place.

“paperless signing done right”
Pros
I feel that uing It has made getting documents signed so much faster that I honestly can't imagine choosing a manual process when an automated electronic option is available. The paperless side of it is also a huge plus and I really value seeing the yearly estimate of how many trees my usage has helped save.
Cons
One thing that would make It even better is a prompt during document creation asking whether there are additional signers before the document is saved. It's definitely possible to go back and edit it but a quick reminder at that stage would save a little extra time before moving to the next step.

“flexible signatures every time”
Pros
Sending documents out for signature is really convenient, whether I need to send them directly to someone or collect the signature in person. It fit into our daily office workflow without much effort and the process helps make sure no signature or initial gets overlooked.
Cons
What i find frustrating is that it can be difficult to locate envelopes that were created but not completed. Also, a few of the drop-down menus are a bit awkward and take some getting used to.
